DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
My Fiat Pop needed a flat tire around 5pm on a weeknight. Was told by Service technician Eric Martinez, and his boss (Assistant Service Manager) that I was "out of luck" because they close promptly at 6pm. They didn't feel like staying slightly later to help a loyal Fiat customer. They acted like total a**holes to me and made me feel like I was "inconveniencing" them. They refused to work with me and refused to let me speak to anyone else at the dealership. Please fire them immediately! Worst customer service ever! Will Never Ever go back there!

100% best car buying experience.  After prequalifying for financing online, I called them, told them the car I wanted and jumped on the road.  40 minutes later, I was at their door and an hour later, I was driving home.  Yeah, that's the way to do it.  Everyone here is nice and I think they are doing a good job of representing the brand.  My Fiat Abarth is everything I expected.  I cannot wait to take my driver training now.

What started out as just "car shopping," ended up an amazing first-time new car purchase thanks to Bobby Binns.  He crushed every myth I had in my head about first-time car purchases--other car dealerships and salespeople I dealt with in the past weren't as refreshing.  He was so knowledgeable and helpful, and still continues to answer any question that I have about my new FIAT 500.  I'm so happy with my new FIAT; it fits me and my personality so well! I feel lucky to have purchased my New Fiat from Bobby Binns at Helfman Fiat. If possible I would never buy a car from anyone else.  Like many people I am not usually a fan of salesmen in fact when Bobby walked outside to say hello I turned to my mother, who was with me, and muttered "s*** we've been spotted."
I was surprised and a little thrown off guard by how authentic he seemed.
He was personable and genuine. He went out of his way to get me the exact model I wanted even though he knew if I had to I would settle for different trim. He made sure I wouldn't be settling  and got the car driven down from Austin to me as fast as anyone could have. I would suggest Helfman Fiat to anyone but more importantly Ask for Bobby!

I got three cars at Helfman Fiat. Janet Maloney, Leo Revilla, and the whole staff were very patient and made my car buying experience pleasant.  With their help, I was able to get the car of my dreams, a 2014 Abarth.  I thought my credit history would make this purchase impossible,  but with the help of Janet, leo, and the finance department,  this obstacle became a reality. I recommend Helfman Fiat highly.

I recently ordered a 2015 Fiat Abarth through Janet Brush at Helfman Fiat.  The entire transaction could not have been more easy.  She was so excited to help me get exactly what I wanted and her enthusiasm shows in everything she does.  The price was fair and the entire experience was great.  If you're in the market for a new Fiat, I would highly recommend calling Janet.

Finally we bought our FIAT over the weekend! It was a truly amazing experience. Janet Maloney brought us to test drive the Turbo which we purchased later :-)

We were also introduced to Bobby Binns who truly enjoyed and owned a Turbo himself. His genuine passion for his car gives us the extra confidence it was the right decision to make the purchase. I just bought my new sweet jeep wrangler yesterday but could not drive it back. So Bill "big Tex" and Jeremy drove it to my house on Halloween to surprise me!!! Seriously BEST Halloween gift EVER! Bill was patient not pushy whatsoever and make sure we got exactly what we want we truly enjoyed buying a jeep from him. Jeremy did the paperwork and we were in and out in an hour and a half we were super surprised that we could get out so quickly. Definitely asking for Bill "Big Tex"again

I had an awesome experience purchasing my Fiat. I was assisted by Bobby Binns, who was so nice and knowledgable. All of the staff were nice and friendly as well. I don't think I've been to a dealership were I actually felt like if I knew everyone for years they were all a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this dealership if you want a great fast service, great deal and a great buying experience then you must go to Helfman Fiat.

We bought our second car from Bobby Binns at Helfman Fiat this weekend..a groovy little 500L. He helped us purchase our a new Abarth earlier this year. He is great salesman and actually makes the (ordinarily) mind-numbing car selection and purchase process fun. He is really into Fiat and Fiat accessories and his enthusiasm is contagious.

The dealership is straightforward about pricing and paper work was quick and easy, and most importantly, surprise free. We will be back..I want an Alfa Romeo.

I can't speak (write) highly enough about my experiences with Helfman Fiat sales and service centers.  

I began my search with Bobby Binns and he is a veritable expert on the vehicles.  He spent as much time as I needed, both in the sales area and on test drives, in order to help me determine the best match for my personality and general wants/needs.  There was never any pressure and I honestly felt as though I was simply shopping with a friend.  I didn't have a question he wasn't able to answer, he gave me such an education I almost feel like an expert now.  I've proudly owned my Abarth for a couple months now and it's been an absolute joy (with no speeding tickets to speak of, yet).  It is a car for people who want to enjoy every second of their driving experience, and the cabrio takes it to the next level- Constant smiles!  :)

Sadly, I was recently involved in an accident when another driver smashed into me and pushed me into a curb. As heartbroken as I was, I knew my baby would be well cared for by the Helfman team. They performed all repairs and made the process very quick and painless for me.  Upon taking delivery, I noticed a few minor imperfections.  They noted my concerns and agreed to make them right at my convenience.  Today, I took delivery once again and was even more surprised by their associate's customer service and willingness to truly go the extra mile.  Alec R. handled my service needs and even made a repair I hadn't known was needed.  I occasionally noticed a popping in the steering wheel when making turns, but nothing consistent.  Alec noticed this as well and had it repaired under the warranty!  AMAZING!!

The Helfman team are true professionals from beginning to end, and even thereafter.

I highly recommend if anyone is in the market for a new car, that they visit helfman fiat and ask for Jose Hernandez. My sales associate Jose made the entire process both easy and fun! He listened to everything I wanted and I was able to drive away with my dream car while remaining well within my budget.
I had contacted multiple other dealerships and spoken with many other salesmen in regards to my imminent purchase and no one was as pleasant to work with or able to deliver. Jose was polite, professional, and  respected my time as well as my budget. Plus,He should also get an extra star for dealing my my very difficult foreign father!

As for the car! I've made the purchase a few weeks ago, I've been zipping all over town and I've only had to fill it with gas once. I love the new fiat life. Perfect car for the city! It's sporty and so fun to drive (especially manual transmission) ! Cuter and way more spacious than smart car, but in my opinion it's the smartest car out there.

Obviously I am a super happy customer.

First of all, almost every Yelp review talks about the sales associate Bobby Binns- for good reason. I have never been so comfortable at a car dealership! I also don't recall ever being treated so kindly. I felt that Bobby and I were friends almost immediately, there was never pressure or awkward sales pitch. Just a great guy showing me a great car.

The Fiat Abarth is amazing on it's own- even without the dealership's quirks. But hey, I'll take them ;)

Bobby Binns was my salesman, and he was awesome!  He knew exactly what I was looking for and he was patient, helpful, and successful by then end of it all.  He worked with me and dealt with my indecisiveness, and got me into my Cattiva Sport! ***updated to four stars because even after all that, they have my husband a great deal on a brand new turbo fiat Bart.

I've been sitting waiting for someone to talk to me for an hour at the financial end of things. Why would you want me to sit here that long to think about the massive amount of money you want me to spend? This is ridiculous.

If you want a speedy experience, do not come here. If you're patient- go right on ahead and sit and wait for hours.

I brought in my FIAT 500L for its first oil change.  I was welcomed by Savannah who is the Advisor at the Express Lane. Gene Sproston is the FIAT Service Manager and he was able to answer a couple of questions that I had. I found Gene to be very helpful and willing to take time with me.  If your looking for the  service area it is connected to the Helfman Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership.  The Free Wi-Fi which actually worked!  Really good overall experience as I was out the door in less then an hour.

I just got a Fiat 500c Abarth from "JJ" at Helfman Fiat. What a great experience. Just walk in the studio and ask for JJ. He was super helpful and didn't try to pull all the "salesman tricks", he is a down to earth guy.
  If you want a car that puts a smile on your face every time you turn the key then check out the Abarth Fiats. The exhaust note it intoxicating.

My Fiat broke down on a Saturday evening about 5 miles from Helfman Fiat and I had to call for Roadside Assistance. This service dictates that the car be towed to the closest dealership.

Monday morning I placed a call to Helfman to explain what the car was doing and why it had been towed.

The service writer was upset because there was no paperwork that had come in with the car and asked me why I had the car towed to Helfman since I did not originally purchase the car from them.

Bottom line is that they refused to work on the car. They only have one Fiat technician and he was too busy with customers that had bought cars from Helfman.

Gene, the service writer, was unprofessional and treated me like I was a real bother for him. George, the service manager, told me that their customers make appointments for service and confirmed that they had no time to work on my car and offered to tow it, as his expense, to another dealer. The car was towed 29 miles to the dealer where it was purchased.

Gee, I'm so sorry I broke down close to your dealership and that Fiat Roadside Assistance towed my car, that was not drivable, to your facility.

I've filed a case with Fiat based on the unprofessional way this emergency situation was handled.

I've been to many Fiat dealerships (yes, I've been looking at getting a Fiat forever!), and this one is by far the best in Houston. Everyone is friendly, professional, and courteous.  Also, they have the best selection to choose from, so you can find just the right one!  Last, but not least, these guys will work with you on price, and find the right combination of finance/lease and model for your budget.

My 2008 Jeep Liberty had been giving me issues so I began my search for a new car. I drive a lot for my business and needed a car that got great gas mileage, so I looked into Fiats and Mini Coopers. I stopped by this dealership and was greeted by Irene. She listened to me describe my ideal car and the concerns I had with buying a make that was fairly new to the US. She put my mind at ease and let me take one for a test drive. I loved it! I drove my new little car home that day and have received many compliments on it. The best part is that currently it costs $35 TO FILL IT UP!!! I have gone back a couple times and Irene has been very helpful. I will definitely recommend Helfman Fiat to any friends or family looking for a new car!
