Reviews on Garnett Motorcars

So I had been looking for a specific BMW M5 and found what I was looking for via Garnett Motorcars E-Bay page.  I sent an e-mail over to Garnett and received a call back from Steven Gaffigan within 30 minutes.

Steven was very helpful and answered any and all questions I had in a very timely manner.  I'm located in California and I had never bought a car out of state and had it delivered so I had a lot of questions about the process and what I would need to do.  He was very helpful in getting me the proper info and walking me through the entire purchase process.

After the transaction had been completed he secured a transport for my vehicle and called me to verify the car had made it safely and that I was happy with the car and I was.  It was exactly what the ad said it was and I couldn't be happier.  This car has been my dream car since I was 16 years old and I can't thank Steven enough for helping this dream come true.

It was truly a pleasure to deal with him and I will definitely be looking at their inventory the next time I am looking to purchase a vehicle

Buying a car sight unseen is a very scary thing. I saw my dream car on the internet and called up Garnett Motorcars in Houston Tx. They had a 2014 Porsche 911 with only 2k miles on it! After having it inspected by a 3rd party, I was so excited to get this car. Ryan and Steven arranged enclosed deliver to me here in Cali. The car arrived in 5 days, as promised. It was absolutely in perfect condition. I have never been so relieved. I would buy a car sight unseen again with these guys. They helped put me at ease during the entire process. Here is a picture of my beauty before it left the dealership! Thank you all again for making this my best car purchase ever!

bought a BMW 7 series in good faith. when i wanted to trade it in, i was told this was a lemon car and it had a manufactures buyback, in other words the car has a bad title. don't understand why there are businesses in business to commit fraud. worst dealership in houston!!! do not buy a car here

Absolutely the best experience I have had in buying a car. Everything was great with this dealership. Trade in was easy, purchase was easy. Service was great. Steven was a good guy, and a pleasure to work with.

When we go to purchase another car, it will definitely be at Garnett Motorcars. They do what they say, and nothing else. No high pressure sales environment, just quality cars, and good folks to deal with.
I recommended.

The exactly same thing happened to me as to Jason. I now own a 2008 BMW 335i that I can't trade in without taking a huge loss for it. I normally would just prefer to keep quiet and take the loss, because ultimately it is my fault for purchasing a vehicle under those circumstances without doing the appropriate research. But after reading this review and the way the owner is trying to cover up the truth; it honestly has angered me, and I feel it is my obligation to alert any others of the dangers associated with this business.

Ryan in your response to Jason you ask him to call you to help him resolve the issue. This is exactly what you asked me to do a year ago. Your solution was to give me the Auction Value for the vehicle. For those of you who don't how what that means; it is a big loss. It does not equate to trade in value; it is what Jason was offered at Carmax for his vehicle. So if you think the solution to the problem is to trade the vehicle back in to you at a large loss; only to purchase another buyback (bad-title) vehicle from you, and get back into the same bind we were in originally. Then you must be out of your mind. Not to mention the fact that you will probably take back the vehicle I am trading back into you, and resell it to another person at an inflated price. So in other words the only one who wins is you; several times.

As far as your "Good" comments.

I'm sure you remember who I am. I told you that I am a restaurant General Manager the day I purchased the car. That being said, I am very familiar with YELP and how it works. I actually had a salesperson come to me and offer their services. What they do sell is the opportunity for businesses to pay for advertisements on their websites; not the ability to cover up positive comments. Which makes absolutely no sense. If you're really that smart then you wouldn't have made it so obvious that the majority of the positive comments you have were posted 2 days after Jason's negative comment. What YELP actually does is cover up any suspicious positive/negative comments which come from sources close to the business. Their online system weeds out both the good and bad comments that has a link to the owner/business; which is exactly why YELP is so successful.

If you are truly an honest, god-fearing, family man, with Integrity; just like your website likes to portray. Then I suggest you stop ripping people off, and find a way to solve the problem you have put so many people in; including myself!

This place will rip you off! They only buy lemon or lease cars . When you go to trade your car in you won't get anything for it since all of his cars are deemed with a bad title. I went to Carmax to trade in my 2008 535i that I purchased from Ryan Garnett and Carmax would only give me 10k since it was deemed a lemon.  I would go to a certified BMW dealership and know that you are getting a good car that you can actually trade in versus purchasing from this crook.
