This review describes my experience with the body shop & sales staff. Overall I rank the body shop at 3.5 & sales group at 2.5.

Brought my 2006 Maserati Gransport Spyder to the body shop to replace convertible top. The top has seen dry Californian weather & was torn, and retractable straps needed changing. I was quoted $8K parts & labor (covered by my insurance). I was told parts needed to be ordered from Italy since it was an older vintage. I was ok with that. It took about 5 weeks to get the parts & 1.5 weeks to complete the repair work. Total actual cost was under $7K. I dealt with the shop manager who was very professional. My biggest issue was I had to follow up via email on a weekly basis on status of parts & thereafter the repair.I found it strange that it took so long to receive the parts. Funny thing was, I was told urgent work caused the delay of my car's repair. Didn't I feel special.

I was considering trading my car for a newer Italian model. I was shocked when a sales man offered me almost $15K less than KBB value. My beauty only had 27K miles on it, so offering me less than market value by that large margin was not too professional in my opinion considering the car was flawless. Or perhaps they just don't need the business?

Having said that, I took my business elsewhere after the repair. Momentum BMW offered me $5K less than KBB value which was reasonable, so I sold it & purchased a new car from them !

When you come into the show rooms don't expect a warm and welcome greeting from impeccably courteous sales people and other Ferrari representatives. The employees are basically minding their own business so if you need something, you'll have to ask them and let them know what you're in for. Or if you really want their attention, start groping the cars until they tell you to stop.

It's not the traditional dealer experience. Even if you're like me and can't afford a Ferrari, you can still stop by to take a look at their show room, browse their small little merchandise shop (friendly employee there), or pick up a Vespa since you can't yet buy that beautiful Maserati Granturismo or the gorgeous Ferrar 458.

Great knowledge of Maserati product line. Very informative preventative maintenance guidance. Hands on knowledge and incredible mechanical skillset here.

I would recommend better estimating of repair costs and better care for customer's property. These are very expensive vehicles being serviced here. For the amount paid for service work, one would expect a high level of service / care. No grease at all should be evident inside car. Service rep should not refuse to acknowledge responsibility after seeing the grease inside the car.

Awesome exterior detailing / wax personnel.

Great showroom and adequate 'common' parts seem to be in stock.

Unfortunately no service loaner cars, rentals or shuttles available on site, however they will call a company to come pick you up and take you to a transportation providers facility.  

Recommend a thorough inspection inside and outside, when picking up your Maserati / Ferrari. Avoid an evening night time pick up if possible.

Don Pierce knows Ferrari's, and knows how to run a business. Beautiful dealership with incredible cars and a service team that is more knowledgeable  than most dealerships could ever dream of. Where else can you buy a weekend Ferrari and a weekday Maserati and a Vespa for the kiddos, and work with people as passionate and highly educated as Don Pierce and his staff.  I highly recommend working with Ferrari and Maserati of Houston if you are looking to go the high end route.

Was meaning to change this. They were able to get me the parts that I needed. Even though it took many phone calls they had my window and wheel bearings sent to me.

The customer service for the parts department has been nearly impossible to get in touch with. I have been calling for over two weeks and no one has returned my calls. I got in touch with someone and they did not follow up with the prices that I needed. I expected better customer service from a luxury car dealer.

Don Pierce runs this business like a Swiss watch. He is a great person with too few people to serve all that stop by.  Need a Maserati - see Don - Need a Vespa - Hello Don.  And if you get a scratch - head outback.  Steve Egyed's body shop skills are amazing (need to have my F355's nose painted) and the ladies and gentlemen in parts and service are the best.  

Hard to find cars come with a little sales snobbery but overall this is a great shop. Ferrari of San Antonio is the next closest dealer but really are you going to drive 400 miles to get your car worked on.  I think not... I have only put 2000 miles on my car over a 6 year period.  Thanks Don and all.
