Even though I wrote a review two weeks ago on cars.com and I haven't heard back from them since they haven't sent me my backseat floor mats. I'm copying and pasting that same review here and this time giving this dealership two stars.

I was having trouble finding an used Audi A8 L in mint condition around the DFW area. I signed on Cars.com and found a 2009 with good mileage on Expo Motorcars. After a couple of emails and phone calls, I decided to make my trip to Houston on November 1st, 2014. When I arrived, I was greeted by the salesman who I've been in touch with all this time. He showed me the car and I was able to point out the small scratches that the salesman described to me over the phone. Which was reasonable considering that it is a used car but overall the paint job was great. After a more thorough walk through, I found more problems which I guess he probably overlooked.

1. The sunroof made a rattling noise when the glass retracted after turning the knob to open it. When fully opened, the rattling noise keeps returning as some internal motor is running. For it to go away, I have to keep the sunroof opened 1/3 of the way. I will be taking it to the Audi dealership here in Dallas to get that fixed when spring time comes around.

2. The backseat passenger side seat belt clip was missing. Expo did ship me the part and I was able to replace it.

3. The rear view camera on the dash screen was extremely hazy. When I went to the back to look at it, the glass that covers the camera was completely filled with scratches. I was able to buff that out and now it is clear.

4. The car's floor mats were missing. Which the salesman did point that out over the phone and they ordered all four mats from the Audi dealership before my arrival. When I got there, they only had the front floor mats and promised to ship me over the backseat ones to my home. It's been 5 months and I haven't received them, even though I did get an email from the dealership on January 2015 apologizing for how long it is taking. I haven't heard back from anyone ever since and I'm still waiting.

Overall the buying process is quick and I do appreciate that the salesman didn't try to hassle me on buying the car. They will let you be until making the final decision. I went ahead buying the car and I'm very happy with it.

After looking for cars at many 'typical' used car lots, I ended up at Expo. I was tired of all the old, dingy, offices and aggressive, old school ("what is it going to take to put you in this car today?) sales tactics. The car I purchased was not their typical high end luxury car, but a lightly used Japanese brand sports car. They had a fair price but honestly it was just the friendly, clean environment that made me pull the trigger.

My sales rep was Donald Yi. After calling to confirm the car was available, I went over for a test drive. Donald greeted me at the door with a smile and handshake. He had already pulled the car to the front for us to look at. He was helpful, didn't try to make up a bunch of info on the car he didn't know, which I appreciate.

Overall it was a great experience. Everything went smoothly. They assessed my trade-in in about 15 minutes and gave a fair price. No crazy dealer fees/surcharges etc, probably less than most dealers.

A+ for Expo and A+ for Donald.

A couple of my friends just recently bought their car here and told me to stop by here. I am in no rush to get a car but if it's the right price, I will indeed get one. I fell in love with my girlfriend's car and had to find where she got it. It was here. Their sales rep's name is George. He is great and honest. I told him what I wanted and he showed me a few cars but it wasn't what my girlfriend had. So, we are going to wait. I'm excited that I might be getting another luxury car for a great price.

I requested a compression and compression leak down test, they told me that they could do it for the model of vehicle.
Half way into the process they realized they didn't have the specific tools that were required for the testing.
These guys are idiots.

This dealership is absolutely incredible...until you purchase a car. Within the first 500 miles I was having trouble with my vehicle and every time I would call the receptionist would promise the manager would call me. After a month he finally returns my call, I tell him my troubles, and he then never calls back. HORRIBLE dealership with a bunch of lying scumbags, Rick is a sleezbag. Don't trust them, look for a different dealership to do business with because the minute you have a problem they'll bail on you. Terrible terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Never buy anything from them.

I've purchased 4 cars from this place, starting back when they were on 59 South, and I have sought the same salesman everytime, George Olivas. This dude is great. The last car I bought had very minor body work in the form of a bumper repaint, that did not show up on the carfax, and George gladly pointed it out. Very honest of him. I bought the car despite that because the repairs were done well. Every year I get a card from him on my birthday and he is always willing to go the extra mile and beyond for me and just about anyone else. Remember, price is a big factor in selling cars and anyone can price match but service sells cars. Not everyone can be a decent person in the used car market.

I am a very happy recent buyer of a 2009 Bentley Continental GTC from Expo Motors. I was a little nervous buying such a car over the internet since I was in AZ and they were in Houston, TX. I didn't really get a chance to inspect the car until I showed up to take delivery. My concerns were unwarranted since the car was exactly as described. When I got the car back to the Bentley dealer in AZ, the only problem was some routine maintenance was delinquent. My experience with this dealership (and especially VJ) was great service and a good price. I like that combination.

After a very traumatic accident where I flipped my Chevy Tahoe in a ditch I needed a vehicle but wasn't looking forward at all to the car shopping experience. I was hurt, traumatized and could care less about buying another vehicle. My husband insisted after 2 weeks of the accident we were going car shopping on the coming Saturday. I resisted and told him to find himself a vehicle and I would just ride the bus to work! LOL We initially stopped at Expo on the way to I-10 to see a Lexus ES350 he saw on line and was interested in. I hadn't ever been on Expo's lot or website and thought it was extremely out of this world high end with Ferrari's and Spykers, etc...Boy was I completely wrong!

We got out of the vehicle and we met Ronnie Barlett, a new salesman, at Expo. He was friendly, helpful, resourceful and attentive. He walked us around so that my husband could look at the cars he liked at which time I found an SUV I really liked. We test drove several vehicles but I still wasn't sold....We told Ronnie we were going to look around and would call him when we are making a choice to let him know. Ronnie didn't try to haggle us, pressure sale us or make us stay, he politely said "I'm here when you want to return; would it be okay if I call you at 5pm to follow up with you?"

Ronnie called precisely at 5pm. That was a major positive sign for me because he kept his word. Most salesman cant hold water much less than keep their word. Ronnie spoke with my husband and they chatted about our findings and what I was and was not interested in. We still hadn't made a decision.

3 days later I decided to do our credit application at Expo. (Mind you I still hadn't looked at the Expo inventory or website)

We got approved and Ronnie was ready to get us into our new vehicle. I began to look through the website and to my surprise I found quite a few vehicles I truly liked and would be interested in too. I gave Ronnie the list of vehicles I liked and he went in the lot and checked the availability, color, miles, price, etc..

His communication was stellar. He truly understands the meaning of superior customer service.

As with all buying experiences there were a few hiccups BUT Ronnie handled them with class and communication. He is extremely resourceful and does exactly what he says he is going to do. His ability to admit fault, listen actively and make solutions is admirable!

After a week of looking at cars and talking to Ronnie I  narrowed down my decisions to 2 vehicles and went to go test drive them.

When I got there Ronnie had both of the vehicles pulled out and had already presented them to finance for OK to buy prior to me arriving. Good thing he did because I ended up choosing the 2 one which wasn't my first choice before I got there.

Ronnie is a great salesman and we still talk weekly. He has called to ensure I am happy with my purchase, emailed to check on how I am doing in the new vehicle and kept in touch with me and my husband on the satisfaction of our overall experience. Despite the few snags the overall experience was a pleasurable one for my husband and I!

David in Finance is AMAZING and he gets things done. There is no hassle or haggle with David and it was a smooth in and out transaction with him in Finance. He made us feel comfortable and was easy to talk with and work with! He informed my husband and I on all of the loan details and documents and even got our payment slightly lower than what we requested! Thanks David!

Expo Motor Cars truly has a vehicle for any one, at any price range! They are relationship driven and you feel that from the minute you arrive! They aren't pushy, aggressive or arrogant. They don't make you buy what they want you to buy,  they help you buy what YOU want!

Buying a car is a big decision and nerve racking too My husband and I were in the market to buy a new car we did our homework, This dealership was terrible after we signed papers and were very hard to get to the phone for questions they have no business sailing high end cars there customer service stinks!!!!! what ever you do avoid this spot.
