This one is for the books!
My boyfriend and I were looking into purchasing a new Kia to replace my Mini Cooper. At first, the sales guy was very attentive and nice, I believe his name was Mario. We decided on a car and we started talking to finance. We got the run around for three days from them. We ended up rolled back to a sales guy named George who calls himself "cowboy" he is awful!!
He got in my boyfriends face more than once. He has awful anger issues and tried to sell us something we couldn't afford then was pissed when we declined and decided on keeping the Mini Cooper. He even had the nerve to call my boyfriend and told him things that should never be said to a customer. We have filed a complaint, but I'm sure nothing will be done.

Just let this be a warning, stay away from George the cowboy!  

As a side note, we decided on Cowboy Kia who has amazing customer service!

THIS IS LONG BUT VERY IMPORTANT!!!: Let me start by saying that I am not one to take time to write reviews. It doesn't matter if I had an absolutely wonderful experience or an incredibly horrible one- I just don't do it. However, I am beyond fed up with Demontrond Kia. I took my car in to get a new, matching tire put on. When I bought my 2014 Kia Optima (In late October of 2014) with 5,250 miles on it, there was one mismatched tire. They said they would replace it once it got in. 1 month after, I finally called them wondering what in the hell was taking so long and they let me know it had been there the whole time. Thanks. So I drove 20+ miles there to get it fixed. Awesome to finally get that out of the way. Fast forward 3-5 days and my car sounds like it's going to blow up, no joke, and the brakes won't work. Had to spend $60 to get it towed and had to have a loaner car for a week till they fixed the bearings that they screwed up.  Please keep in mind that this is the only car my boyfriend and I own minus his company car that cannot be used for personal use. Okay, so now that's all out of the way so fast forward a month or so and my belt buckle is making this horrible grinding noise and my engine is rattling. I will say that the engine has always rattled but our sales guy assured us this was normal. After further research I was convinced it was not. So I make an appointment to have the seal belt and engine looked at. They inform me, after a week with no car that the engine is fine and the seat belt was replaced. Hallelujah. I can finally quit coming here!!  The next day after I pick up my car, this last Thursday the 29th, I go to open my glove box and notice a Scratch/burn mark and that my GPS and car phone charger is missing. I can't explain my fury at this point. I have just gone a week with no car, a $30 cab ride to go get my "fixed" car just to find out the next day all the damage that has been done, both physically and tangibly.  I call and of course they tell me to drive BACK up...WTF!!!! So I do, just for them to tell me that the manager isn't in and I have to come back Monday, February 2nd. I can't express enough to anyone and everyone to not go here. When they fix my glove box tomorrow I assure you and them that I will never step foot back in the place unless they return my belongings and they find and fire the jerk that stole my stuff. I don't care about the money. I don't want theirs. And I'm not saying that because I'm proud, just out of principal. STAY THE F AWAY!!!!!!!!

Service dept is great. I've had several oil changes and some warranty work done. The service advisors are super nice!

I arrived at Demontrond for a 9 am appointment to get new tires. While waiting I was told they didn't have my tires, then he quickly returned to say they did have them. He gave me my price and I waited around for them to finish my vehicle. He returned an hour and a half later to say they didn't have my tires and that they would bring my car back to the front. AN HOUR AND A HALF!!!! I asked to speak to the manager, who took his time coming to the front to help. I let him know what happened and how long I had to wait for no service. He had a smile on his face the entire time and responded by saying "Do you want to to order the tires for you?" No apology for me having to wait around that long for nothing. And you believe I will be returning to try to get tires from you again? Not happening EVER!!!! That was not the only bad experience that I've had from them but it will be the last. (-5 STARS)

Other than a 45 minute wait to sign paperwork, this was a painless experience. Larry Kerbow is a first class salesman who tells the truth and services his customers well. What a refreshing change !
