Get a 2nd opinion if you get a service quote from this establishment. The dealer was less! High-pressure. Julian kept insisting dealer would be more but they weren't. Another customer let me know he has had nothing but trouble after getting engine replaced by this firm in Dec 2014. Buyer beware. I chose this shop because of its location thinking they would be quicker and less expensive than dealer for the same work. Bemer could have had my life-long business had they been honest. Thirty yrs in business doesn't mean a thing to me when you take advantage of customers one day during your history. Cute BMW in the lobby though. Another thing: why does a business need a date of birth on their application before they'll give you a quote? That's just plain weird.

My mom, sister and I have taken our BMWs to Julian for the last 20 years and we have always had exceptional service.  Not to mention, the costs of service and repairs have saved us thousands compared to what we would have paid at the BMW dealership.  In today's world, it is always appreciated when the owner personally takes care of you and greets you like an old friend every time you bring your car in for service.  I would never get my car serviced anywhere else.

I stopped by this afternoon to get an estimate for a rear seat belt issue.  After an unusually long wait, I was pleased to meet Julian.  He fixed the minor issue for free even though this would have been a classic opportunity for a shady mechanic to take advantage of a "mark".  He built some goodwill with me, so I will give him at least another opportunity to prove me wrong.

In an industry where you don't know who to trust, Julian at Bemer Motor Cars was a welcome change! He was very knowledgeable, fair and reasonably priced when it came to my repairs! I didn't feel like I was getting "jacked" when I took my BMW in like I did at other places, just because it was a BMW. He specializes in luxury vehicle repair, but particularly BMW's.
If you need repairs or maintenance and your BMW is no longer under warranty, I would highly recommend Bemer Motor Cars!

Horrible customer service, they worked on my car for a combined 14 days in 2 1/2 wks. I brought my late model Land Rover in for a surging problem, which I was told was fixed after 4 days of it being left there. $2,600 later as I drove the car home it started doing the same thing. I bring it back monday for Julian, he doesn't offer any explanation or comfort me in any way, just "ok leave the car and we will look at it". I had to constantly call them to get a status update on the vehicle, every day they would say it should be ready today. Took them 9 more days and I get the car back with the same problem.

CONS: no update calls, mechanics look like they are standing around a majority of the time, having Julian be the go to person for every customer is not efficient, price they charged for the work, some rude staff (not all)

PROS: loaner car provided
