This review is regarding the service department it is the worst the "Express Service" lane is a joke and bunch of BS. They still take forever to do a simple oil change, I really would want to take my truck elsewhere but I bought it here and it is the closest to home. They take appointments for oil changes on the weekends and during the week it is first come first serve but the service advisors take forever. This is the only dealership that you have to chase down an advisor usually they come out to meet the customer at the service drive. I know from experience I worked at another GM dealership for 4 years and always saw how the advisors came out to meet the customer to get the process started quickly. I am just going to start looking around for a different dealership to get the oil changes done!

It took 3 attempts to get my oil changed & tires rotated due to the SLOW performance of the entire staff.

So after getting to know the service staff and crew at Beck and Masten South.  I'm now a fan of that department.  I was there too many times due to a manufacturer's defect, nothing to do with the dealer.  They did their best to fix the issue, even though it took me going back there four times for a successful repair of the nagging seat issue.

I was already approved at David McDavid Nissan on a car but their sales staff did not know anything about the product they were selling. I came to your dealership and Frank walked me through the features, options and benefits of the SLT pickup. He is extremely knowledgable and friendly. I was amazed at his product knowledge! That's why I spent over $50k at Beck and Masten and not David McDavid!!!

I just bought a 2015 GMC Terrain and I love it!  I am very particular and know what I want.  Justin Seureau was patient and spent almost a week finding exactly what I wanted and for  amazing price!  He's not the typical salesman, he takes his time to explain everything an you can tell that he genuinely cares.  I definitely would recommend Beck & Masten Gulf Freeway, and most importantly, ask to speak to Justin if you want a great experience.

The folks at Beck and Masten were just terrific. Customer service was at a premium. Justin Seureau was not only knowledgeable, but very friendly as well. You can tell that he cares about his customer and believes in his product. I love my Yukon Denali!!!!! Thanks again Justin and Beck and Masten. You guys rock!!!

We got a coupon in the mail for $50 to test drive a GMC. My wife and I went today to look for a new Yukon XL. We wandered around the dealership and not once did anyone come out to help us. They were not overly busy and we figured out in about five minutes that we were not the target audience. If you need a pick up truck this is your place. It has been a while since I have seen a truck or Yukon with a cloth interior.  I guess if we spoke Spanish we would have been helped right away.

Anyway very small selection of Yukon XL and only four of the 2015 Yukon XL. One of them had cloth interior..... Seriously?  If I am going to spend $70k on a truck there had better be service and selection.

We spent thirty minutes walking around and not one person approached us. We won't be back.

My car has been in and out of your dealership for service more than I can remember. Sadly for the same reasons. If I were to guess I would say you have had the car more than I have. I would like someone to contact me about making this situation better. I was told the car was perfect, and it was even certified at the time of purchase. But it has been more of a nightmare for me and family than a car should ever be. I am in the car business and am astonished that this car was ever built. It was a poor poor design and has more problems than a car I have ever owned.

I had a great experience with Justin Seureau at Beck & Masten North, bought a new GMC Sierra Texas Edition for the right price. I felt I was given an excellent value for my trade in, better than the prior dealership I had visited the same day. I also enjoyed the negotiation process and felt that they worked with me to get the best deal on our new truck. Plus, the truck is FINE!! It's a smooth ride with all the fixin's and we love the tow package & 4x4 features. I also like that they'll give me an oil change for free for 2 years and XM Radio has been pretty cool to have. Great service, since I have purchased my vehicle in 2010, anytime I have a problem and I take it to get serviced I haven't had anything but great service.
