I recently purchased a new Volvo V60 from Bayway Volvo through the Overseas Delivery Program. I returned from Sweden last week after taking delivery of my new Volvo at the factory in Gothenburg Sweden.  I can not say enough good things about the entire experience. My salesman Juan Carlos, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process. Greg Rodriguez made the financing and trade-in of my old car run without a hitch.  Then I was contacted by Volvo Travel and the fun began.  Two round-trip tickets to Sweden with stop overs offered in gateway cities like Copenhagen, Stockholm, Paris, or London were mine. They could not have been more accommodating throughout. Working to bring my buddy from Cleveland, Ohio and I together for this trip - they were real pro's. Before I knew it, we were on our way to Sweden where I and my friend were picked up at the airport, and whisked off to a lovely 4 star hotel in Gothenburg. After breakfast the next morning we were taken to the Volvo Delivery Center where we were greeted, offered coffee and signed a few forms before being introduced to my new BRIGHT RED V60. It was exactly what I had ordered and was perfect.
After an introduction to the car and all its wonderful features we were provided lunch, then a tour of the Volvo factory. That alone was worth the trip. A Swedish friend of mine joined us on the tour and we were all amazed at the modern assembly facility at Gothenburg.  Wanting to hit the road in my new wagon, Volvo gave us some free passes for the Volvo Museum and off we went.   For the next 6 days, we drove around Sweden putting about 750 miles on the car. It was a great experience and the sights and experiences and the food were all top notch.  
The people at the Volvo delivery center, the people we met in Sweden, and the team at Bayway Volvo made this a wonderful experience. I cannot wait for my new Volvo to get here later this month.  If you see me on the road, honk.!  I have the only fire engine red Volvo in this part of the USA.  Another advantage of the Volvo Overseas Delivery program.  The only problem I have encountered with the whole program, is not having enough money to buy another Volvo next year,  and be able to do it all over again! (hmmm maybe if I get a raise at Christmas.....?)

I bought my 2012 Hyundai Elantra from Bayway Volvo. This is one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. All of the employees were very friendly and not pushy. Bayway Volvo was able to give me a better deal then Ron Carter Hyundai in League City.

I went to Bayway Volvo for some service on my Volvo XC-90.  My salesman Steve was wonderful and extremely helpful. I got a loaner car for the day and when I went to pick up my car this evening they had washed it and it looked amazing.  I would highly recommend Bayway to buy or service your Volvo!!

I got a good deal on the car I wanted. So, in that way I was very happy. And, my salesman, John, was a bona fide Saab nut... so that was good too.

The rub came with the finance department where they told me that the car came with an extended warranty. I was happy until I tried to have a repair done with it. Then they told me that it had been a big misunderstanding and that there was no warranty. He said the warranty paper they gave me was just an example of what it would look like. The finance manager could teach a class in used car double-speak. He said that I could trust him to do everything humanly possible to try to get that warranty transferred for me. I trusted him like the father I never had. I thought I had made a friend for life. Then he never called me back. Ever.

Now the warranty period has expired.  Like the referee tells fighters before a match... protect yourself at all times.

Good selection. Car salesmen willing to educate and no hounding you. I liked my visit to this car lot. I learned about the cars and thier history Sales man was very educated on the products he sold.
