Reviews on Toyota of Fort Worth

This week I purchased a new Toyota Avalon from Toyota of Fort Worth and must say it was as pleasant an experience as anyone could have when buying and trading in a car.   My first encounter was with Randy Squires, salesman at Toyota of Fort Worth.  He genuinely listened to my wants, needs, and concerns and very patiently answered all of my detailed questions about the multiple features of the automobile and took me on test drives explaining the benefits of each.   If he didn't know the answer, he found out.  During the hours we spent together, he never seemed rushed or "pushy", only wanting to help me find the car that fit my needs and desires.  I "shopped" other dealers but came back to Toyota of Fort Worth because of the confidence I had in Randy and the discounts the management offered.  Also, the trade-in offer they gave me for my old Toyota exceeded those from other dealers, including USAA's online car selling service.
Another positive aspect of working with Toyota of Fort Worth is they do not automatically add features (pin stripes, trim work, sealant, window tinting, etc) on all cars in their lot so that they can drive up profits.  You, the customer can decide what options you want and you don't pay for features you don't want.
Toyota of Fort Worth has earned my trust and I will use them for service and highly recommend them for purchasing a car.

Our absolute favorite dealership for sales and service.  We never dread bringing our 2011 Sequoia in for service as they are always professional and polite.  They keep our vehicle in good shape.  Frank sold us our vehicle and we always recommend him to all  of our friends and family.  No pressure, no haggling and thoughtful staff!  We always stop in and say hi.  We are sad to leave the area and have to find a new dealership.

I just bought my 33rd car. The second car in the last 4-months from this dealership. Yes I purchase/lease a lot of cars. The last 9 have been Toyotas. This dealership is phenomenal. And the salesman Kris Lamb... True professional. I will only use him. Low pressure but extremely knowledgable about every vehicle on the lot. I was shocked at how fast I was in and out the door. No hassles... No long price negotiations... No making me feel like I needed to purchase any extras. They simply do their job, and they do it very well. So well I just stopped in to get an oil change one day and left with a new car. Love these guys. See you soon for #34!

Three words:
They offered me 25% of Kelly Blue book for a trade in on my vehicle.
They test drove my vehicle, now the door and the dash are squeaky and it doesn't drive the same.
-DON"T do business here -DON'T let them drive your vehicle with you not in it!

My wife and I were just shopping around for a FJ Cruiser, manual transmission.  Now I did a lot of research before going to the dealership and we just wanted to size it up and compare the colors in person.  The salesman informed us that they only had two colors and they did not have it in manual transmission.  Ok, that's cool, no big deal.  The thing that got me is that he said that manual transmissions in this vehicle are not sold in the United States; lie #1.  If they are offered on the US Toyota website then they are sold in the US, yes you may have to order it and it will take time to get it but we are good with that.  Next, he went inside to see if there were any available near by in other dealerships.  He came back and said that there were none in the US; lie #2.  I later on looked that up and there are 91 FJ's with manual transmission in the US.  This salesman is a piece of work.  I don't know about the other salespersons in this dealership but that guy gave me a bad taste and I will not go back to this dealership again.  It pays to do your homework.

Stopped in to pick up an O2 sensor for my Camry. They actually had one in stock.  Bob at the parts counter was super nice and helpful.  He looked up my VIN to verify the part was correct for my year.  Just moved from AZ to TX so I'll definitely be back when my car needs attention.

Bought my second car from here and still a great experience: but I went through the Internet manager, not one of the floor sharks ;)

Just had an oil change done here, service was friendly & professional. They didn't try to screw me over saying other work needed to be done. I'll come back for future services.

We wasted a lot of time at the sleazier used car lots on Division in Arlington, and in Haltom City, and drove back home to Ft. Worth and were pleasantly surprised to find that they had just the car we needed on their used car lot for just our price range.  The car was in perfect shape and very clean - much different than what we'd experienced at the other lots for the same price range.  The only problem is that since they rely on trade-ins they don't have a huge selection of used cars.  Their main business is on the new car side, but who in their right mind would waste their money doing that?  Been there, done that, lost the depreciation.

When I moved to Dallas a year ago, I left my 14-year reliable old Camry in CA, figuring it was time for a new car.  We emailed several dealers in the Metroplex and visited at least 3.  Toyota of Fort Worth was the only dealer that gave us an email quote for a Rav 4 under invoice.

Jeff Raim was our internet sales contact.  He was straightforward and knowledgeable.  What I really liked is he didn't talk down to me, being a female, and the lack of b.s. in his sales style kept my husband's blood pressure down.

5 months later, we had the misfortune of getting side swiped on a freeway.  (Too bad one can't write a yelp review about reckless drivers who don't have insurance and get arrested at the scene.)  So we contacted Jeff and bought another car - a Camry also under invoice.

Because of our ignorance of how HOT it is here, we didn't get tinted windows on the second car.  But Jeff said we could bring it back any time, and he'd have the tinting done.  We did that today, and it only cost $180.
