Specialties

At Sidco Auto, we do all the work, take away the expected hassle in locating then negotiating prices and save customers money on the best vehicle.  We have found over the years that most of our customers hate the process in buying a vehicle and love that we do it for them.  The final result is a vehicle that is significantly better in quality than you would find on your own because we have the time, expertise, relationships and pay attention to the details.

History

Established in 1987.

Sidco Auto Brokers - later known as Sidco Auto Network. Sid saw a need to help people, school districts, and religious organizations that lacked time, skill, and/or desire to spend countless hours looking for their next vehicle. Over the years, Sid found that most people felt at a great disadvantage negotiating the price of vehicles and disliked the hassle involved in the process. He knew car salesman had access to information the average buyer did not, giving dealers a huge advantage.  Though Sid has passed that model of excellence still drives the company to this day.

Reviews on Sidco Auto

This has been the most unfortunate car buying experience I have ever encountered. My husband and I engaged in Sidco Auto's business on an endorsement from Dave Ramsey. Sidco was not honest. They went way over the budget we had discussed, and they were very slow to respond to any correspondence.

The car agreed to  buy was to be in complete "like new" working order. The AC did not work in the heat of August. Sidco requested we return the car for repair which we did, but then after driving all the way to Forth Worth where they are located from down town Dallas, Sidco wanted to keep our already purchased vehicle for an extended amount of time without providing a loaner car.

(again, they advertised the car to be in like new condition, but the vehicle we purchased from them was not. They should have provided an alternate vehicle while the one we had just purchased was getting repaired)

What Sidco Auto says they provide, is not what they delivered. It has been awful!

We did not get the exact model discussed, AC did not work, they went way over our budget which our lender would not cover. Now they will not pay for our out of pocket expenses on the repair of our AC.

If you are not an expert in used cars, or auctions yourself,  just stick with Kelly Blue Book, Consumer Reports and go to a reputable name brand dealer.
