History

Established in 1998.

In 1998, Sewell acquired Hillard Lexus in Fort Worth- one of the original
Lexus dealerships that opened in 1989. Since acquiring Sewell Lexus of Fort Worth, we have tripled the number of vehicles sold in this dealership location. Many thanks to Rick McIntire at Sewell Lexus of Fort Worth who found the exact car that my very particular 20 year old had wanted for her birthday. The best part of all was that it came in a little under the budget I had for the purchase.  Rick worked a miracle for us and I would recommend Rick to you for any car purchase you had in mind. I just purchased a certified preowned Lexus RX 350 from Paul Jorden and I had a buying experience second to none!

I purchased my last car at Park Place 5 years ago and I have had excellent customer service with them since then, so naturally I planned on buying through them again. To my disappointment, I spoke with a total of 5 diff reps at both the Plano and Grapevine location and I got the same vibe from all 5 reps. They were combative and argumentative and acted like they didn't want my business at all....and they kept interrupting me and I hate that.

I ended up buying a car from Paul Jorden at Sewell because he actually listened to what I wanted and tried his best to work with me. With that being said, it wasn't even that I was necessarily getting a better deal from Sewell (even though I did), but I bought from Sewell because I just felt more comfortable with Paul than with any of the other guys at Park Place.

Paul and Brad Coker in financing were both very friendly and worked with me in every way to make buying easy. I even forgot my checkbook and they ended up sending me home with the new car and a prepaid envelope to mail the check in when I got home since I live all the way in Plano and they wanted to save me the trip. They went out of their way to make things as easy for me as possible and I could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks Sewell :)

Amazing experience.   I hate the process of buying a car more than anything but the team at Sewell Fort Worth made the experience painless and wonderful.  My mother was buying her first car.  Amanda R was friendly, knowledgeable and patient.  She responded to our requests quickly and efficiently as we already knew which car we wanted to purchase.  She went the extra mile to even "present" the car to my mom with a red bow on top.   It is an experience / memory that we will not soon forget.   Even though I live in Addison, I would drive back to Fort Worth to work with Amanda and her team again.

I bought my first Lexus a week ago. I typically dread the car buying experience... high pressure sales, a slimy sales guy and an exhausting negotiation process where you finally just give in to whatever so you can get out of the dealership. Sewell Lexus is nothing like that. My sales guy, Zane, was so awesome. No pressure, honest, friendly, knowledgeable and fun. The sales process was no haggle and I felt like I got a good deal. It was the best customer service experience I have ever had. I wanted a dark gray RX with the black interior which they didn't have in stock. They picked up the car from another dealership, customized it with my upgrades and then drove it from the Ft Worth dealership to my house in Dallas! Zane was very good at explaining all of the car features. My husband and I both think is a great guy- a definite asset to Sewell. Thanks Zane for making my Lexus buying experience so wonderful!

I used to own a vw and was hesitant to buy a Lexus. My experience had been to wait all day to get an oil change and to be without a loaner. This was why I dreaded going to get my vw's service or repairs. Why would an oil change take all day when I made my appointment weeks in advance?

After going to Sewell Lexus I have realized that a service department CAN offer stellar service. I was greeted from the time I drove in and one of the first things I was asked was if I needed a loaner. I didn't this time but I appreciated the offer and I will not hesitate to get any work done on my car because I will have a method of transportation when my car is at the shop. Also, everyone was so incredibly helpful. The chocolate chip cookies were delicious and so were the little chocolates at the register.

Oh, and my oil was changed within the time it was promised: an hour and I didn't have to make an appointment! Go here for any of your service needs. These people work hard to make car owners' experience the less stressful they can.

I purchased a used 2010 VW Eos from Sewell and had a pleasant experience. My sales rep, Ken Dawson, was very helpful and respectful. I would definitely recommend visiting this dealership when looking for a new - or used - car!

Today I received a check from Sewell for $5.00 refunding $ I was charged in error for tags.
I had no idea I spent 5 Bucks more than I should've(3 months ago)and would've never known. It was likely an oversight as the car was shipped out of state.

The important thing is they took the time and effort to send me $5.00. I am so impressed with the way this dealership conducts business. Doing the right thing when nobody is looking.  What a refreshing change! Thanks to Sewell Lexus for being a class act.

I came over to Lexus after getting burned pretty bad on a Volvo lease.  My sales associate was Amanda Roach and she was phenomenal.  Unbeknown to her, I had been shopping around for a Lexus IS for a while but they were very tight on inventory and when I had one ordered here in San Antonio, the salesperson was very hands-off which was a huge turn-off for the amount of money I was looking to spend.

They gave me a better than fair trade-in value for my lease, a good deal on my new car and they even price matched my credit union here in San Antonio's rate so I used their financing as well.  They did not have my car in stock, so they sent me home in a IS loaner car so that I could get a feel for how my car would look, feel and drive and when my car came in about a week and a half later they applied my pin stripes and drove it all the way to San Antonio to my job.  You couldn't ask for better service.

All throughout the sales transaction Amanda would call me with updates on where my car was, when it was expected to arrive and how long she thought it would take them to apply the pinstripes.  A few weeks after my car arrived Amanda called to follow up and see how everything was going and she even called on my birthday to wish me a happy Birthday and make sure everything was still okay.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for Amanda's follow thru and service.  It was well worth the 4 hour drive to do business at Sewell and my future auto purchases will be with this dealership because of her commitment to excellence in service.

As a side note, Sewell also sells parts and I ordered all-weather matts for my vehicle to keep it clean, LED lights for everything (stock the IS comes with some LED/some orange but I'm a fan of uniformity) and LED kick plates.  This has been my first new car purchase and I couldn't be happier!

I've bought two used cars from this dealership and nothing but excellent service!!!!! I bought a 2007 Honda EXL and recently an Infinity G35 coupe. I was apprehensive at first being that most of the other dealerships used high pressure sales tactics. This dealership gave me an excellent price. My wife's salesman ( Daniel Adams) and my salesman Eric Campbell put us at ease with everything and made us feel like were family. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Ken Dawson at Sewell Lexus of Fort Worth is the person you need to talk to at this dealership. I was in need of a new vehicle, but am from out of state. My car died, and I was having to travel for business over the weekend in a rental at the same time as trying to buy a car. Ken took care of most of the process over the phone for my special situation. He gave me options, I picked the one that sounded right, and when I got to the dealership on Monday to finalize the deal, I had never been so fully satisfied with a car, with a deal, with a financing offer, and with an ease of process as I was when I left the lot. He went above and beyond to make sure I was fully taken care of. I made it to work on Tuesday morning in my wonderful Lexus, and I have Ken Dawson to thank for still having a job, and for being able to get to it in style and grace. Thanks Ken!

If you are a ClubLexus member this is the place  to order parts or accessories for your Lexus. They have a great selection at discount prices when ordering online. I have bought many parts online from Sewell and I have not had any issues. I have even called their parts counter and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Our previous experiences  with Sewell and Ken were so good that when we recently decided to buy a third car, we didn't look anywhere else. Sewell Fortworth made my first  car purchase  very smooth and pleasant.

I noticed few cosmetic issues  with the lexus during the purchase and reported it to them. They agree to get it corrected by next week. And they did it as promised.

I highly recommend Matt Martinez in pre-owned sales. He is the person who followed on the purchase enquiry, negotiation, sales closure,financial service processing and getting the car service done as promised (like end to end). He drive the vehicle for an hour and handed over it to me after the service.

It clearly shows Sewell Fortworth sales representatives are very professionals and stand by their words.

I will surely recommeds this dealer to everyone.

Highly recommend Eric Campbell in pre-owned sales.  Eric made it easy and painless to get a great vehicle at a great price.  
My 2 year old was with us the entire time, and everyone there treated him wonderfully.  We were in and out in great timing, and the vehicle was exactly like he said it would be.

We just bought a used car from here. Rick McIntire was our guy. We drove 1.5 hrs from where we live to see this vehicle. He had it ready for us to see and test drive when we got there. He was very nice and while we did buy the vehicle, we could not leave with it as it had just been traded in. They took out a minor dent, Rick ordered new floor mats for us at their expense, and he ordered the model name decal for the car as there was a letter missing. He kept in touch with us through out the week to let us know the status on the vehicle and then he and a co-worker drove 2 hrs (with traffic) to bring it to our house.

Inside the place for the used cars, they have various free sodas, coffee, etc and cookies. We were very happy with our experience and would buy again from Sewell.

My entire family drives Lexuses (Lex-i? Lexus'?). We come here a lot, for service, for the free car wash, for browsing new cars and for tire blowouts and other misc. repairs. The service is always excellent. While your car is in the shop, the people will call you with frequent updates or if anything is taking longer than expected. They always put in the extra effort to make sure you are treated well and get your car in a timely  manner. I am so impressed because they consistently do this. They also run your car through the wash after they work on it so it's all shiny for you to pick up.

Very roomy waiting room with free soda and water and fresh baked cookies. Free wifi too. The car wash gets busy during the weekend and afternoon hours. Go early morning if you can.

A wonderful dealership. I've been to the Lexus in Austin too and their service is just as great. Honestly, this makes me never want to switch brands.

Sewell has some of the most friendly people that works at this location. They even have fresh cookies, sodas and water with a nice waiting area. the rest rooms are well stocked and clean. On certain holidays they have great cookout appreciations for customers and they do go all out. They provide some of the best service for your vehicle and cater to their customers with life time carwash service with tire dressing. If you want the service in shopping for a new or used vehicle, than "Sewell" FW is the place to go!!

From the moment we stepped in to Sewell of Fort Worth, we were greeted with some of the most friendly and respectful treatment that we have ever experienced. We set an appointment with Ken Dawson, who promptly had our car waiting and were test driving within minutes of our arrival. We got right down to business, but felt like we were truly forming a relationship with these folks. The manager, Corey Hawkins, came in to discuss our car, gave us some comparisons among other brands, discussed numbers with us and, in a short time, we drove away with our car. My husband and I were absolutely 100% satisfied and impressed with the way Sewell treated us and really listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle.
