The Sewell family has been in the automotive business for nearly 100 years, and we're excited to bring our Infiniti dealerships to a new city. I was able to beat the after work rush and was the first person to get my oil change in my car. All of the employees were extremely nice. The dealership is small, but they invest a lot of their space into the waiting area which I love. The wifi was also very good, and I was able to use my laptop. I will definitely continue to get my car serviced here.

I purchased a car last week from Bruce Cole. Hands down the best car buying experience.
This is a first class dealership filled with first class employees. Bruce was very knowledgable about every aspect of the vehicle.
He has been so good to me even since the sale. I have pretty much had a question every day. He responds fast and has always been able to help me.
Sent me yummy cookies and a letter from the GM after the sale.
It was worth the drive from Dallas to Fort Worth!
Follow-up: I have to continue to sing their praises. Bruce has answered multiple  questions for me. They even sent me some yummy cookies as a thank-you.
They really make me miss good customer service! I should say exceptional.

I have had my car in to Sewell Infiniti a few times for normal service needs. Every person I have ever encountered there has been uncommonly courteous and helpful; no other service department I have ever been to has been as consistently, incredibly good. All service has been performed correctly and by the time they promised it.

Giving one star since the salesperson who helped us was great and very patient. Other than that, they give really low offers on trade-ins and don't really want to negotiate. Save yourself time and go to other dealerships. Plus, the sales manager had a pretty bad attitude.

So, Sewell has had my Infiniti in the shop for 3 weeks now for a fender bender. It's been so long that my insurance company is no longer paying for my loaner. I spoke with Craig in the repair shop over a week ago and he said that my car won't be ready until after the 17th of the month. I have never had to leave my car at the shop for a month for a minor fender bender. From Craig's tone it seems like a month is par for how long it takes them to repair a bumper. It's been so long that my insurance company is no longer paying me for my rental. The repair shop seems very inflexible with expediting a repair in less than a month. Come on guys, get your act together.

I had a great experience buying the car but the repair department is leaving a sour taste in my mouth. I haven't heard from them in over a week. I'm certainly never taking my car there for a repair again
