Recently Merce had a part (washer lens cover) that mysteriously came up missing. Park Place parts department associate informed me he could order and have it ready within a couple of days and put on in a snap. When I went back the service tech wasn't able to install in a snap and I snapped. First of all after reading my first review this particular place wasn't a fav 2, 3, 4, 5 or thumbs up for me at all. After the tech try and try to get the part on I get defensive for Merce and request a manager. Jimmy M. and a head service tech came to the rescue and made everything pleasurable and right plus giving me some additional information that was newly discovered to help Merce stay more beautiful. This experience and the sincere concern of Jimmy M. is what will make Park Place a go to place in Yelpwood. *wink*

This is the best! I bought my car in for service. They really work hard at making the experience a great one. My service advisor Wes is wonderful, he always has a story or something to tell. To me that is always good. The waiting area is always clean with really good, goodies in it from bengals to diet cokes. The kids are taken care of too. They have there own play room. They even have chargeable pieces for your cell phones. So next time park place ft. Worth may be the place for you.

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jason Camacho last week.  We went in to test drive the new C-Class for my wife.  Interestingly enough....  instead of purchasing a Mercedes (still considering it.  It's very nice), we instead drove off with a Smart Car for our daughter.  

I have purchased MANY cars over the last 3 decades and I can honestly say, Jason is about the most helpful and friendly person with whom I've worked!  He is not pushy at all and gladly and accurately answers all questions.  He is also very prompt with his call-backs when you leave a message.

I would highly recommend visiting Park Place (I've dealt with Park Place Porsche in Dallas in the past and was also impressed.  The entire group obviously has pride in what they do) and speaking with Jason.  When the new C63S makes it to the dealership, I will be picking-up my phone and talking to him again!  I'm done looking for a Mercedes dealership.

This dealership struggles to make a good impression. Their service rep ( I can't remember his name) was more concerned about Payroll when I came in. When he finally got done with HIS issue he could not find me in their NEW system. He called in my previous service rep Marc, who also treated me like a piece of furniture ( like I wasn't there).  Anyway, my rep was supposed to check on my warranty but he said I would have to call since he (couldn't ?). Finally he called. Didn't even sugar coat that the warranty expired. Wow. I would have rather he lied to me and said he tried to get it in. But he just said your warranty's dead. That's it. Thanks Park Place for telling everybody you don't give a rip.  It's only money, right?  Like the old Doritos commercial "Keep eating. We'll make more". If I was rolling in it I'd drive something else.

The service manager Ken Mauldin is great though. But a back handed compliment is not a compliment, right....?

People always remember the bad experience and longer......

My husband and I had a great experience here, thanks to Gary and Cory. Everything was handled efficiently while purchasing our new car. The car was completely detailed before our test driving to make sure it looked impeccable. While waiting to complete our paperwork, we waited in their comfortable lounge area stocked with an array of bagels and beverages.  Since the car we purchased was at the Dallas location we were given a brand new loaner car for the weekend until our car got personally delivered to us. When you purchase a car from Park Place they go above and beyond to make you a client for life:)

I love my car and my sales person made our process simple and painless.  This was our second purchase here.  When we've come in for service or a car wash its been great.  We are taken care of with great service and I'd recommend everyone to go there and purchase your car.

The customer service at this place is HORRIBLE!  I was told from Park Place Dallas to come to this location to get a car I was interested in.  They sent me pictures of the car and it looked great.  When I got there, the car was completely trashed out.  I asked to speak with the manager, Bill (or maybe his name was Bob) and he was a total jerk.  I told him why I was upset and he said, "what do you want me to do about it?  Put gas in your car?  Give you $100"?  It was awful.  I had the worst experience here and I will NEVER return!

We purchased the R350 from the preowned dept.  Not only did we get a great deal considering the MSRP of this vehicle, but our sales professional delivered incredible service, attentiveness and professionalism to us.  Best service we've ever had.  We live in Dallas but drove to Fort Worth because no one else had this car and we were blown away by their facility, lounge and even a nice children's room with movies, books and toys that our children enjoyed for over 2 hours.  Highly recommended!
