I had a problem with my dash cracking on my '08 Yukon and the service advisor was nice and has tried to get GM to fix it.  They will cover half but it is still expensive.  Luckily the advisor is still looking for more help from GM because it seems to be a problem with most Yukons and silverados around that year.  Hopefully GM will stand behind their products and help out more!

I have bought a vehicle from the Moritz family of dealerships before and had a pleasant experience so when it was time to buy again,  I headed to their GM dealership to give them first crack at my business.

My wife and I were greeted by a salesman named Gabe. We had done some research ahead of time and had decided on a Chevy Equinox. He took us around the lot and showed us the vehicles he had and my wife found one in the color she liked,  so we started by just asking for a quote.  

Now granted, we were better prepared than most,  since we knew we qualified for GM preferred pricing and loyalty. So although he asked the obligatory questions,  we knew what kind of price we should be getting.

He immediately went on the offensive,  asking what it would take to seal the deal that day.  We responded that we wanted to do more research before we committed. He obliged, introduced us to his manager, and led us back outside.

Turns out the vehicle on the lot wasn't here ideal vehicle, since there were features it was missing that we really wanted. So Gabe continued to search for a vehicle that met our needs.

He had a few leads,  but they never did pan out.  It'd start out with a hopeful morning and end with a disappointing call in the evening.  In defense of Gabe,  the vehicle and color is extremely popular, and inventory moves very quickly.

In the end we got our car from another dealership, but would still recommend shopping at Moritz.
