My 2014 Accord Hybrid with 42000 miles on it was in for an oil change. Service Advisor D.W. Dingman called to inform me that the transmission fluid was due to be changed at 30,000, and it had not yet been done. He asked if I would like them to go ahead and perform this $85 service. I declined, then did some research. Best I can tell, Honda recommends this service at 90,000 miles, not 30,000 miles. I can understand the desire to sell services, but lying to do it is over the line. I have one more prepaid oil change coming, and after that, I will never return to this dealership. I will recommend that friends and family avoid it as well.

I am so happy with the service they provided, I am definitely coming back for any future automotive needs. Apparently my car had a recall, and of course I did not that, but my service advisor was so knowledgeable and he told me the recall need it to be taken care of ASAP. He definitely took the time to explain everything and since the service was a recall everything was free. I AM BEYOND HAPPY AND SATISFY WITH THE SERVICE.

Saleslady was great but no so much for the finance man. Finance tried to sell us an extended warranty yet we had a certified extended warranty with the car. He insisted that the certified warranty was not going to cover us and keep trying to sell the extended warranty. Really hard sell. License plates didn't come until last day before temp tag expiration, many weeks after purchase.

Frank Kent Honda was a recommended dealer from my bank's online car purchasing site. Since I like my bank and have been a member since 1998, I felt confident going to FKH right away. I selected a vehicle online, corresponded by email with Ashley S. and the process went very smooth. A few days later I made the drive from my apartment near downtown Dallas to Ft. Worth to appraise my old car, conduct a test drive, and make the purchase. When I arrived, I worked with Ashley's partner, Kevin V., and this process went smooth as well. I received a fair price on my trade-in, made the purchase, and enjoyed a free lunch at the FKH cafeteria/restaurant. The only item I didn't like about the car was the after-market radio installed by the previous owner which is no fault of the dealership. However, Kevin has gone out of his way to locate the OEM radio for my car and I appreciate that a lot.  

After the deal was complete, the detailers noticed a tire defect and made arrangements to provide a replacement in a few days since one was not on hand. Then, I drove back to Dallas in my new (to me) 2013 Subaru Impreza Sport Wagon. Later in the week I had one tire blowout and my sales team (Kevin and Ashely) bent over backwards to make everything okay. They drove from Ft. Worth to Dallas, loaned me a rental, and then arranged for a tow truck to pick up my car so two new tires could be installed.  

A few days later they returned with my car and picked up the loaner/rental.

Overall, I very satisfied with the experience with Ashley and Kevin, and look forward to when the OEM radio arrives.

My wife and I have been out car shopping for her for the past couple of months. She had driven an Accord before but wasn't impressed with the dealership or the sales staff.

Since we were on the west side of Fort Worth, I suggested we head over to Frank Kent Honda since I had heard so many great things about the dealership. We were not disappointed. We were greeted promptly. My wife liked the "no haggle" pricing. There were no games to play with the sales staff and sales manager. Everything was very straight forward.

My wife doesn't make snap or impulse decisions so I was amazed when she made the deal to purchase a new Accord. She felt "at home" and comfortable with the dealership and our sales person, Joe.

The dealership is fantastic. They even have a very good restaurant within the dealership that serves breakfast and lunch. Next door is the Cadillac dealership that has a tasting room and wine store. Wow!

Thank you Frank Kent for a wonderful, positive experience! We look forward to a very long relationship..

After driving my 2000 Honda Civic for 13 years and 209k miles, it was time to let good ol' Hoppity (her name) go. I came to Frank Kent Honda because they were one of 2 area Honda dealerships who work with my credit union. I was pleased to see that a gentleman I'd previously talked to at Huggins Honda, Jim Schrader, several months ago was now at Frank Kent. I took it as a good sign.

So I headed to FK with my pre-approval from the credit union  and a TrueCar certificate in hand and started working with another gentleman from the internet sales department named Tony Beasley. Tony was awesome. He got an even lower interest rate for me- how awesome is that?! We took a test drive, filled out some paperwork.... And then that awful New Car Buying Sense of Dread set in. We went to the back room to finalize the financing. But right before we headed back, I mentioned to Tony that I was definitely not looking forward to the "no, I don't want clear coat protection" part of the purchase. He laughed and said that was his job-not the guy in the back. He jokingly pulled out the accessory booklet, but he had heard me (you know... The customer) say in passing that I thought the car was perfect just as she was and I didn't want anything.

I went with Bryan (nice guy despite his affection for the Patriots) to finish out the paperwork- and the only thing he discussed selling to me was one of 3 warranty/maintenance packages. He quoted the prices and that conversation took maybe 5 minutes. We signed more paperwork and then I went back to the lobby to wait for my new car to finish being detailed.

Soup-to nuts, I was in and out in under 2.5 hours. Pretty stellar if you ask me!

All told, the no-haggle price was below MSRP, and then they shaved another $1K-ish off with my TrueCar certificate. And, when I was reviewing the final cost page, I was pleased to see A $500 Honda loyalty credit that they didn't even mention. Those are GOOD surprises!

I will be a fan of Frank Kent for a long time coming. I'm simply blown away by how simple and easy the process was. Keep up the outstanding work, gentleman! Thanks!

I was in the market to buy a new car, and I had the worst experience I have ever had.

I met with Bob Bourland and Adam Berman who was the General Manager.

Bob was great. His passion for Honda cars and engines is contagious. Bob sent me a hand written note to thank me and a text message for a follow up.

Adam was terrible. My credit isnt the best so when they ran it, I got 9.1% I told Adam that I was wanting a 4-5% interest rate. Adam said he would "pull some strings," and magically the interest rate went down to 6.1%. I told him this was still too high. He said he had a "once a month special favor" from a local bank, and said he would try to use this magic favor on me.

I left the dealership, and Adam literally RAN ME DOWN in the parking lot.

More magic and my interest rate fell to 4.99%, but ONLY IF I BOUGHT THAT DAY

Frank Kent has a "no haggle" policy, but I have never had someone try to swindle me more than this dealership.

Finally, I went to David McDavid Honda in Irving, and bought my car with ZERO "HAGGLE."

Frank Kent lost my business with their pressure, lies, and unprofessionalism.

Bought a pre-owned van here on 5/31/13 and am very satisfied. I've been back three times for minor service in the 90 warranty period and they fixed the issues quickly to my satisfaction with no question or charge. This is amazing for an auto dealer! I'm sure I'll find something wrong with them later and I'll let you know. lol

Contacted this dealership twice through its internet sales option and never received any response more than the automated one. I even followed up with the e-mail contact on that response and was ignored. However, Honda of Burleson responded within minutes with great information and were rewarded by selling me a brand new car.

This is kind of a tough review to write, as overall the experience was good.

We were traveling in Texas in April and had a flat tire. We had just purchased a set of tires from our local Honda dealership in the fall of last year, so I hoped there was some warranty available to us, but I didn't remember the details.

When we arrived at the dealership, I mentioned the tires were very new so "could something be done?" We were told that "unfortunately there isn't," so we bought a new tire.  After returning home I found out that there was a year warranty on the set, so we should not have paid for a new one.  Our local dealership did a lot of work so we would get reimbursement for about 2/3rds of the money.

The people we met at Frank Kent were nice and made us feel at home. They worked quickly and chatted with us about local things to do. I wish they were better trained on Honda policies however, as we are out a bit of money, and our local dealership had to "pull teeth" to get us the money we did receive.

I dealt with Randy Boyd over e-mail on purchasing a used car.
He was straightforward, responsive and honest with me, even if it put in jeopardy making a sale. I worked with many dealers, and he ranks up at the top. I ended up not buying only because we got another deal we could not pass up, his sold the same day.

I've previously owned a Civic and absolutely loved everything about the car. With my wife and I being in the market for a new car, we thought it'd be a good idea to go ahead and get another Civic. I had previously brought my Civic to this location before for service and maintenance and never had an issue. They do a great job of servicing the vehicle and for pretty reasonable prices too. Knowing this in the back of my head, I suggested we go here to check some cars out.

We were "helped" by a guy who refers to himself as "Nate the Great". Don't get me wrong, he seemed nice at first but if you're a first-time car buyer, do not work with this guy. Our problem with him came around the time that after we finished test-driving some cars and he asked if we wanted to look at some prices and more information. Considering it never hurts to have more information, we accepted. An hour later, after signing paperwork, my senses started saying something just wasn't right; we shouldn't have to fill out so much paperwork just to get more information about a car.

Suspicions were confirmed when the head of their financial department approached us, congratulating us on our new lease on a Civic. And some people wonder why people hate car salesmen. Granted, we brought it on ourselves, being naive and whatnot, however, a salesmen shouldn't take advantage of newbies like that. It's ironic how the manager of sales approached us, expressing how he felt confident we would be back to buy the car from them.

We will not buy any cars from this shady dealership if they're going to take advantage of people like that.
