This place is awful. Went to look at two pre owned cars that were listed ON THEIR WEBSITE at a certain price and when we get up there turned around and said there was a mistake and ups one price by two thousand dollars and the other by SEVEN thousand. All anyone could say was "we don't know what happened" and proceeded to give us bogus stories and lie about features on vehicles to try and still get a sale... dishonest and untrustworthy dealership!! One manager even admitted their sister store in arlington intentionally did the same thing. Will never be going back.

Yesterday my husband went to Holt Fiat off 820 in Fort Worth to trade in our 2012 Fiat 500 pop. They pulled the information  based on the VIN number, a deal was made and signed off by by the manager.

We returned today with the title and ready to make the trade. The salesman took info he needed and went into the title office. We sat there for an hour and a half, when another guy came out and said, we have a problem, we thought the trade in was a 2014, not a 2012.

This is not how you do business. We will NEVER do business with this dealer again.

No Bueno. I called with very clear expectations, a yellow automatic Fiat for cash. I got the runaround, which I expected, and a long hold with what seemed to be a very inept young-sounding sales guy. All was fine and good at that point. I wound up saying no thanks because the sales guy really seemed so unsure of himself and was using the lame sales tactic of trying to keep me on the line rather than just spitting out the deal, which is what I clearly stated that I wanted. I got a call back via caller ID (dang it, I should have blocked my number when I called!) from a female finance person. I think that was her role. First, she seemed surprised that I'd given them my real name when I called. Then, she got attitude when I told her that I was moving on because I had spent enough time on hold, with an insecure sales person, etc. I gave her a shot but then she said I'd have to pay $2000 more for not using their financing instead of paying cash. I don't know how I could have offered an easier sale. Maybe I've been out of the car buying business for to long. Either way, I didn't plan on offering a review given that I didn't go in and meet with them, but this was a super annoying and condescending waste of my time. I figure someone else will come in and buy the car I was looking to buy. It is awfully cute. But really? I think they just didn't take me seriously and so decided to jack with me. The former is fine, but the latter did me in. I've purchased a few cars in my day, but this attempt at a purchase was really subpar and, more so, angry/antagonistic feeling. You've lost an easy customer.

I bought my Fiat 500L here 6 months ago and I had a pretty stress free experience, that's saying a lot considering buying a car is one of my least favorite things to do. My sales person was Adele and she was not pushy in the least so I love that. The "bad cop" came in to talk numbers and I didn't care for him much but, someone has to make money. After an hour or so working out a deal, I signed the fun paperwork and was out the door in my brand new Fiat, which I LOVE!! I'm back now for my first free oil change and I can say that the service techs are very helpful as well. I would recommend Holt Fiat and Adele in a heartbeat
