I found the exact Denali vehicle we've been looking for, online. I called, John Cantu was assigned to us. He was great, simple, positive to interact with. No hardselling, no BS. I put a deposit over the phone within 5 minutes of talking to him. The next morning, we went to visit him and he already had the vehicle detailed, and sent it out for tint as well. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! John & Hiley couldn't be better

GREAT SERVICE!!! After going through so much aggravation with car dealerships, this place wound up being like an oasis. I found a car that I HAD to have, traveled 50 minutes to see it; and started my paperwork the same night!

It started with contact from Cade, the internet sales manager. When I arrived, he made sure the car was in a customer parking spot, waiting for me to test drive it. He then connected me to Troy, who gladly put gas in the car (which was on E). That meant something because another dealership acted like it took an act of congress to put a couple of dollars of gas in it. Troy was very knowledgeable about the car and we looked at the vehicle history report together. Best of all, he didn't stress me out about having my own financing!!! Imagine that! He asked me to fill out a credit application and was very polite when I declined. He wasn't a jerk like almost all of the salespeople I dealt with. Troy saw a couple of things wrong with the body. He volunteered to correct one issue and didn't put up a fuss when I asked him about correcting another issue.

Then I got to the finance guy, John Cantu. He is a VERY nice guy who was most accommodating when I thought I saw a discrepancy in the numbers. Sitting there, late at night, he patiently went over the numbers, allowing me to see that the price was, in fact, calculated correctly. Once again, he could have been a jerk about my asking to go over the numbers about five times; but he wasn't! He was patient, delivering prime customer service. Most of all, as I used my own financing, he wasn't the least bit jerky about it.

I walked away more satisfied than I have ever been with a car-buying experience. And...wait for iiiit...I would recommend this dealership.
