Reviews on Fort Worth Nissan

My husband and I found a car we were really interested in, but the sales guy was so seedy and underhanded it made me sick.  He ran my credit, then told me to sign something.  I asked him, well, what the hell am I signing?  He tried to be innocent and evasive about it, then finally said, I want to get you into your new car.  I laughed at him and told him, yet again, that we were NOT buying on the spot, and he kept trying to argue with me.  I told him I didn't have time for his nonsense and walked out.  Someone else tried to apologize for his aggressive sales attempts, but too late.  The guy seriously rattled my cage.

I had much better luck at Honda and Toyota nearby.  Won't even consider a Nissan now.

I had an awesome experience at Fort Worth Nissan. Kenneth Moore and Berron Ware were very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal. If you need a car I would highly recommend that you buy from Fort Worth Nissan and ask for Kenneth Moore or Berron Ware. Keep up the great job guys! Blessings!

Went there after CLAY COOLEY NISSAN wanted to charge me add-ons that were not in the vehicle. Honored advertised price, and was all done in slightly over an hour. Great experience.

I called ahead because I was driving from forty miles away to check out a new Altima. I'd been car shopping at several places and wanted to make sure their internet prices were legit and specifically asked about dealer add-ons because I didn't want to pay any. I don't care about stupid nitrogen in the tires, window tinting and fabric protection. All rip-off items and pure profit. The woman on the phone assured me there were none except window tinting.

When I arrived I was greeted by a sales manager, about 24 years old, who introduced me to my "salesman" who was about 20. As soon as I went out to look at the cars, the first thing I noticed was there was an invoice on every windshield with those ripoff add-ons they assured me I wouldn't see. Nitrogen $250 (costs about $3 and is a gimmick which serves no purpose), Wheel locks $250 (they cost about $20 at Autozone and of course, window tinting for $400 that you can get at the best tint ship for $150. Also, they add on $800 for a "dealer" warranty to cover the add-ons.

I wasn't going to pay a nickel for any of that so I pressed on. I asked my salesman about features on the Altima and he knew nothing. NOTHING. everything I asked him, he replied with "I'll have to ask my manager." I must have heard that fifty times.  All this time they had been evaluating my truck I brought to trade in. I asked what their appraisal was. The sales manager refused to tell me. He said "why don't you pick out a car you like then we'll go over all the numbers." I told him it will take me several hours and several test rides to pick a car and it will be a waste of time if my trade-in value is unacceptable.I asked again, "why can't you just tell me what my trade is worth. He rudely rolled his eyes at me and said "that's not how we operate."

Frustrated, I then asked for my truck keys back so I could leave. He finally acquiesced and brought out a paper with some figures.   Their offer was a low-balling insult, $4,000 less than I had been offered at a Ford dealer hours before while considering a very nice Fusion. He danced and made excuses, told me how its costs all this money to market the vehicle, blah blah blah. I'm an older guy and have bought fifteen cars in my life, these guys are just plain lying thieves. I guess they stay in business because there are a lot of people that don't do their homework and swallow the garbage these people feed them.

If all you care about is "how much is my payment" instead of "how much am I paying" then you're their kind of customer. AVOID! All these FIVE-STAR reviews are totally BOGUS. It is an unorganized and unprofessional place that rakes their customers over the coals.

Not very pleased. When I received a call from Chad in the Internet Sales dept. I was very interested in coming right in. Upon my arrival I looked for Mark (a manager as directed by Chad during our phone call). Mark quickly pawned me off onto a man named Phil. We did not click whatsoever. However I gave him many chances. He wrote down my interests I showed him the vehicle I had saved on my phone in hopes of speeding up the process. Phil then went into the manager office leaving me there waiting and wondering for a good 30 plus minutes. I noticed he'd been standing there with the manager for quite some time. A man in a red shirt stopped by and asked if I'd seen the vehicle yet. No sir I have not..I'm still waiting. He was a bit shocked. Shortly after Phil came back and let me know that he's about to pull the truck up. REALLY?!? I thought that was what he'd been doing this whole time?! I waited an HOUR JUST to see the vehicle!! It came to bring out the numbers-and the price was $4000 more than the advertised price online!! Phil then began speaking down to me ( making me feel so little) on how payments work, how my expectations are impossible, etc. All along with this attitude from the get go. I then spoke with Garrett Elkins another manager. He then agreed to 0%-72 months and the Internet price. He came back with it in writing showing the Internet price (after a $500 rebate) then added $1500 for "tinted windows and the type of tires they chose to add since this had been on the lot for 32 days" plus another $700. He was "oh so kind to do me a solid favor and take that $700 off". REALLY?!
Then he was going to give me $2000 under Kelly Blue Book Trade In to the dealer amount!
Thank goodness I just walked - too many games were played! (Very experienced in buying vehicles from dealerships).
Be careful of this shady place!

The sales team sure know how to sell you a car then chew you up and spit you out. They sold me my 2014 Rogue after going back and forth playing the "sales" game we all know about. We finally agreed to a price went to the financing dept which was my only positive experience.  Then 2 days later after getting my new car, a huge windshield cracks begins to form. It is an apparent manufacturers defect.  I called the sales guy who sold me my car, repeatedly leaving voicemails and messages with the receptionist but no return phone call. Why not? They had already sold me the car. Why would they care what happens afterwards?  My warranty apparently covers everything BUT windshields. How convenient. The sales guy got what he wanted as well as Ft. Worth Nissan (meaning my money) and I got a brand new car with a cracked windshield.  I just wish the sales guy (Andrew) would have taken me more seriously, returned any of my phone calls and or attempted to help me. Thanks Ft. Worth Nissan.

Very helpful!!!  The customer service is great. My husband and I were greeted right away with nothing but smiles and positive energy. Gavin helped us out and he is very efficient. Highly recommended!!!

I am truly a fan of the Nissan motor Corporation. Now I have had some issues with a certain salesman at this dealership but over all the customer service is pretty good. The easiest days to get services is normally Monday through Friday in the mornings. Of course on Saturday mornings they are very busy so make sure you get there early. They do offer free coffee and free bagels and banana nut bread cupcakes. The overall appearance of the business is very nice.

Jack Parker was completely amazing to work with. He was not pushy at all and got us a great deal. I would absolutely recommend this dealership because they work with people who have bad credit. Definitely check them out.
