Reviews on DriveTime Used Cars

Bought a car for my daughter there and which she later totaled and Drivetime was paid insurance for half of balance of loan, we were told we had gap insurance by sales person so no further obligation. Months later my credit was ruined as they had reported me with late payments to credit bureau with out any communication or notice. I only found this out by checking my credit report for home loan. I paid up and they refused to rectify the credit reports and just said sorry there was some miscommunication. I have hired a lawyer and reported them to Better Business Bureau.
