I went to purchase a car from Josh Snider at Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet after checking their inventory online. Josh emailed me after I asked for some information, and he was incredibly nice without being pushy. When I went to the dealership I asked for him, and the in-person experience was even better. A few hours later I left with the car I wanted (a 2015 Chevy Equinox), and I paid far less than I thought I would because of the incredibly generous trade-in value they gave me for my truck. I couldn't be more pleased with how the whole thing went down. HIGHLY recommended. Ask for Josh and tell him Justin Macumber sent you if you think you want to give them a try too.

Originally took my vehicle in for a tune-up, coolant flush, and to have the injectors inspected.  It took them a week and a half to get parts in and installed.  When I picked up the vehicle it was idling very rough.  I was told it was probably "bad gas" and their solution was to run 93 octane in it for a month or two.  having not exhibited this issue in the 1500 mile drive that brought the car to me, I insisted that they take it back and resolve the issue.

The second time, they had the car for a solid month.  When I finally got it away from them, it was idling high, they'd fried the alternator, and in their own words "we have no clue how to fix this car"

I was told multiple times from the service agent that things had been checked, only to hear  directly from the tech that these tests had not been performed, or parts not checked as requested.

Communication back and forth was horrible.  My service agent, Carlos,  kept promising to update me at every step, yet would not call back as promised or would take 24-48 hours to respond to my voicemails.

Overall they took a car in need of simple routine maintenance and turned it into a money sink.  TO THEIR CREDIT, they did not attempt to scam me by throwing parts on parts on parts and stick me with the bill, but now I get to pay SOMEONE ELSE to fix everything they screwed up in the process of replacing plugs, wires, and injectors.

This is by far the WORST dealership I have ever had the misfortune of being stuck with for the past four months. I originally brought my car in for a recall repair in May and was told it would be a few months until they get them in. Fine. No big deal. I call two months later, they say they have the part in and to come in. Imagine my shock when I show up and they tell me they don't have the part in. They said they could order another but it'd be another 3-4 month wait. You'd think a company issuing a recall because there's a problem with their product, they'd want to take care of their customer right away. Now, after having the recall done, another issue with the car has sprung up the day after and they refuse to admit they could have messed up. If you have a Chevy, do NOT bring it here. They clearly do not care about the customer at all. I will never buy a Chevy vehicle again.

Took my car in for service due to a bad battery and oil change needed. Paul Ortega in the service department was great. He thought of everything I could think of before I could ask. He checked on warranties to see what was covered, he had the car washed before I picked it up, and he even reminded me to take my house key that was on my key chain (something I always forget). This Chevrolet dealership is not the closest to our house, but we will be back because of the great customer service received from Paul.

Terrible service dept.! I took my car in for cosmetic repairs and I had to keep hounding them to get an update on the status of repairs, they gave my car back covered in dust and with a low tire light on. When I told them about the light they asked which tire, I said I didn't know, but the light was on and the mechanic seemed confused as how to figure it out. This didn't fill me with confidence and I would not send business there.

Ask for Stewart Totz in service. Good guy.

Having my wheel hub assembly that they replaced 11 months ago looked at. It's making a grinding noise.
The only problem is that my warranty was for 12,000 miles or 12 months.
I've driven over 12,000 miles so it's expired.
Waiting to see the damage and how it will be handled.

Looks like it's my alignment that is out of whack from driving on all the rough roads in Keller and FortWorth everyday. It ate up my tires unevenly and they are showing metal.

These guys are taking care of me and the pricing is reasonable.
$113 per tire
$80 for allignment
$10 for installation
$30 for oil change

I just need to get an alignment more often to keep my tires from getting torn up.

Me and my family had used the dealership for 10 different car purchases and every time it got worse. The last time I went to them and tried to buy a Tahoe they kept trying to sell me an equinox. I don't have a problem with the equinox but I was there to buy a Tahoe.  The did not give me proper trade in value on my pick up and refused to negotiate. I ended up going to Lynne Smith Chevrolet in Burleson.  The staff at Lynne Smith bent over backwards to help me and get me into the car I wanted.
