This store completely ripped me off. I purchased a used car from them. I noticed the front heated seats didn't work as advertised. They agreed to fix them. Over a week of driving back and forth (1hr+ commute). They said finally my car was ready. I drove it for 20mins and it was STILL NOT FIXED! They told me to drive it to another dealership to get it fixed. I waited over an hour and then Doug (the sales guy from auto nation) told me they wouldn't cover the bill to fix the seats "at this point I need to make a business decision". They gave me the run around and then bailed out on their end of the deal. They offer a nice 3 day return policy but then ran me around for over a week which voided those terms. This place is ridiculous and dishonest. Stay away! I hope Doug thought he made a great "business decision" because I promise you I will never deal here again and neither will anybody I know!

Made a cross state transaction harder than it needed to be.  took a couple weeks to ship the car after payment - windshield washer pump was leaking at pick up.  Was promptly ignored by sales guy (Chris) after sale was made.  car is in good condition however other than that.  customer service and support dropped like a pot bellied stove after the check cleared...don't do business with these guys

They are definitely worth giving a shot at your business. I purchased a vehicle from "Bankston AutoNation" on Bryant Irving back in 2010. That was a quick, simple, in and out process. That is the reason I went back to offer my business again before I went elsewhere. All in all, the experience was great, I was greeted and helped by salesman Tristan.

As for the price it took a little negotiation with Steve the Sales Manager, but I felt I got a sales price that was fair for both me and the dealer on the year, make, and model I purchased brand new.

The only thing that irritated me is I felt I was originally under priced for my trade, but I held my ground and with help of Steve and the Finance Officer Sam. They finally got me what I wanted for my trade.

In the past I have went to the bank and got pre-approved, but this time I decided to let Sam help me out. To my surprise, he got me an APR with another lender that was better than my personal credit union offered me.

The only reason I scored 4 out of 5 stars was due to the low vehicle appraisal on my trade and having to consistently negotiate that price.

When its time for me to vehicle shop again, I will definitly stop here first.

I purchased my Ford Escape in April 2014.  My salesperson was Eric Victor.  He was patience, professional and polite, which is probably why I went through with the purchase.  Had he been rude or condescending, I would have walked away.  Eric even delivered the vehicle to my home, clean and full of gas.  A few days we met to go over the features based on my list of questions.  I have not used the service department yet.  

I am pleased with the vehicle, even though it has taken getting use to the way it handles, which is slightly different than GM and Toyota vehicles. It riders smoother than it drives, and the second row bench seat leg space is not adjustable; only the seat back, which will make it difficult for normal size adults to be comfortable during a trip beyond Ft Worth.  In my case, it's enough space for me and my Yorkie Terrier, Bo.

Do not buy/lease from here. They scam and lie. Took a car home to wait for final approval for lease, they wouldn't approve my "sibling cosigner" tried to convince me to buy instead. I went somewhere else, got the same car, cheaper price and they approved my sibling to cosign.

The staff was rude and they take forever. I called on a Wednesday to make an 8am appointment for the following Saturday for a State Inspection and was told it would be no problem.  I arrived at 7:55am for my 8am appointment and the service bay was closed and there were four cars already parked outside waiting for them to open at 8am.  I did not leave there until 10:30am.  It took 2.5 hours to get a State Inspection that should only take 15-20 minutes to complete.  This was with an "appointment".  Don't waste your time going to this dealership for service.
