If I could, I would give them 0. This dealership has no customer service, nor do they have timely service. I have waited 3 months for my plates and registration! I have been in twice to get new plates, I waited approximately 3 hours!!!! I would've never bought from this place if I knew it was going to be this much trouble. Save your time and go to a dealer that knows the basics on how to distribute vehicles.

Slowest service center ever! I've been waiting for 2 hours for a damn oil change.
This is ridiculous no where in the world does it take this long to change oil. The whole reason I waited was because oil changes are quick and I'm still here.....

Worst run in I have ever had at a dealership. Our check brake light had been on and after adding more brake fluid we realized we had a leak that needed to be fixed before a long 800mile trip. While we leave it we need an oil change and our tire pressure light sensor to be fixed.

We left our vehicle on a Tuesday and were told it wouldn't even be looked at until Thursday. So logically I ask well can I just bring it back Thursday so I'm not without a vehicle, They responded with NO if you bring it Thursday it won't be seen until Saturday. Have they never heard of making appointments?

Thursday passes and no call to update us on the status of our vehicle. We make our weekend trip in a rent car. Saturday we call to get an update and they are replacing the brake line but the part needs to be ordered and it should be arrive in two days. You are a dodge dealership how does your parts department not carry the part needed on a dodge vehicle?

Tuesday comes, a week since we dropped off our vehicle and our rental is due so I call back to get an update of when the van should be ready and the guy states I told you husband tomorrow afternoon. So I extend the rental for an extra day with a $10 service charge. Wednesday afternoon we go to pick up our vehicle and they say it's not ready and won't be until tomorrow. We go ahead and take the rental back so it wasn't a wasted trip across town.

Thursday, 1 week and 2 days since drop off we finally go to pick up our dodge vehicle. Finally it's ready!! I'm a happy woman.... Until we get there and these idiots didn't even do the oil change or tire pressure sensor. You've got to be kidding me, they had the audacity to say I could leave it overnight and they can do it tomorrow. HELL NO.

The service contact never called to update us on the status of our vehicle. We paid for the service of $250 + and additional $180 for a car rental. I will never use this dealership again. They have no customer service skills to speak of.
