Took our Buick in for service.  Was charged to reset the Tire Monitoring system.  I had to take it back to get that done after you having my vehicle a week.  Also, our air conditioner went out and I need to replace it.  I will NEVER buy a buick again as it didn't even last 3 years.  FYI!  I took it in to complain that it was not cooling well and a little noise before the warranty was up and look at what happened.  $986 it will cost me to replace!  NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Unbelievably poor help from the service department. We dropped off our car yesterday morning for a repair recommended by manufacturer recall. They told us it would be a few hours until it was completed. We called a few hours later and not only was it not ready, but the receptionist was unable to get ahold of anybody in customer service. We left a voicemail, and we left messages with both of our phone numbers and still never received a call back. Scrambling today to share a car, we tried it again this afternoon, and still nobody customer service was available to speak with us, but the receptionist told us the car was not ready nor was anyone from service available to give us a time estimate.

Excellent customer service nad the mechanics are great. For over a year we've beein trying to figure out why our Buick makes noise when stopping and the Buick dealer told us that it was normal noise but here we got a call from the guy who took our car and explained the reason why the car is making noises, the cost, etc. We are taking our Buick back for final repairs.
