When I first walked in to Mission Chevrolet about 4 months ago I told them that I was looking into a purchasing a new truck within the next 4-6 months. The staff understood this and they were not pushy at all.  They showed me the Silverado trucks they had and re features. I left informed.

When I returned in March, I came in with a custom built truck I had built online. I told them I was ready to buy and I told them that the truck I built was the truck I wanted. They ordered the truck to be built for me from the bottom up. It took about 4 weeks to build and GM even expedited my order.

When it arrived about a week ago I was treated like star. They even had a familiarization "class" if you would it that. They showed me pretty much all of the features my truck has and how to use them. They help me set up my onStar account then and there and left on a full tank!  

I'll be back in about a year for another Chevy from Mission Chevrolet.

This is the second time I was told that my car is a 1-cylinder engine. First was the salesman said that the tech told him that it had a 1.4L one piston engine. Then today, a tech told me that my car is pretty torquey for a 1-cylinder engine . Come on Mission, I hope these aren't the same techs that troubleshoot and diagnose the same unsatisfied reviews I just read LOL.

on January 7th 2013 I had to take my car to them. It is a 2008 Impala and would not come out of park.  I had it towed over there and me and the tow guy stood there for 15 minutes before anyone would even come out of their cubicle and talk to us.
 They called me and quoted me $237 for repairing a wire, but when I got there the bill was actually $287 due to misc service fees....what crap.
   The cashier acted like I should consider myself blessed that they would even accept my money....crap service. Bad Bad place.  
    The next week I traded my car for a new Impala...they could have had that sale, but I would not buy anything from them. So I went to another dealer in the area.
Avoid them.

I too had a bad time with the service dept. Mine was just a simple thing too. The computer would not read the tire pressure correct. The dash would say I had 27 lbs and a tire gauge would say I had 35 lbs. So it would ding and say was low. So I took it to them twice saying what the problem was and they would bring it out saying it is fixed. They put enough air in the make the computer ding shut off is all they did. So my husband did some checking and found they had a tool to reset each sensor in the wheel. So I took it to them a 3rd time and told them what they had to do to recalibrate the sensors. Minutes later they were back with car and said all fixed I drove away and guess what still not fixed. Once again all they did was reset the dash computer and put air in the make the ding stop. I ended up stopping in Truth or Consequences NM on my way back from Albuquerque were I bought it and 5 Minutes later it was fixed free of charge no problems. So on to check a different chevy dealer.

Another person dissatisfied with the service department. I took my 2010 Camaro SS in because it was leaking. They couldn't find a leak even though it was clearly coming from around the oil cooler area. They put dye in to try to find the leak and told me to bring it back Wednesday or so for them to look at it. I called that week three times to ask if I could bring it in and they told me no each time. Finally I got it in there on Saturday. I had to show up at 630am to be the first in line, more or less. They kept the car right until the last minute before the rental agency closed (despite telling me they would know what they were going to do within an hour and a half or two hours max), and then told me they wouldn't have it done until Monday, Tuesday at the latest. They never bothered to call me again on Monday to let me know that they were planning on keeping it until AT LEAST Wednesday, if not over the Thanksgiving holiday, I had to call them. I finally told them to put the car back together and that I would just take it somewhere a little more competent. I should have read the other reviews and advice from my friends in the Corvette club instead.
