The salesman I dealt with was nice enough but then I had to seriously side-eye him when the Honda he'd talked up so much wouldn't even start when I got there to test drive it. Needless to say, I didn't buy from them.

I love my dealer. plain and simple.

with my previous cars, I've always completely dreaded going in for service, but with Mini, I know I'm going to be treated well. the service team is always helpful, attentive, and nice.

My mini salesman, Ismael, still remembers me two and a half years later and always makes a point to say hello.

Mini offers full sized water bottles, personal brewed coffee, full size soda cans, and cookies. They also have a large flat screen tv available to watch while you wait for your car.

They recently upgraded their loaner fleet and will gladly give you one if your Mini will stay for longer than a day. The shuttle service is also available.

I always recommend a mini or bmw to anyone looking for a new car and always enthusiastically compliment the service department.

Not a bad first impression. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My service rep, Joel S worked hard to explain what was going on with my car and incredibly friendly. My only negative so far is the lack of loaner cars for maintenance. I was taken home in a BMW shuttle, not bad, but I'm sure most would like a loaner if they have need for a car throughout the day. I hear they are working towards adding more cars to the loan fleet. Joel also advised if possible make appointments in advance so a car can be held for those who need one.
