Don't buy from them. They sell salvaged cars. Worst experience with Hyundai of El Paso. In 2012 I bought a used car from them. It was 4 years old. My husband was away for training for several months and I went by myself to the dealership. I asked to see the car fax. The salesman came back with the car fax, stood by the door and only had one page in his hand. He said "all it says was it was in a little fender bender. No big deal. The bumper was replaced."  Like a dummy, I trusted him because he seemed kind and honest like all salesman do. He seemed like he wanted to really help me find a car that can fit my family. So I bought the car. My husband and I got orders to Hawaii shortly after and that's when I realized this car had major issues prior to me buying it. The seatbelt in the backseat was totally locked. No one could sit on that seat. The door on that side would also lock for no reason and not unlock. Not long after the "check airbag"light came on. My car would leak from the sunroof when it rained (which happens a lot in Hawaii), it would flood on the passenger side, the "tire pressure" light would come on and I would put air in the tires but it wouldn't turn off. So I had it with my car and decided to go car shopping and trade in my car. Well, we found out my car was salvaged when trying to trade it in. We were shocked that it had been salvaged. According to the car fax, It had been in a wreck, was claimed a total loss, sold to an auction, then bought by Hyundai of El Paso who sold it to me for $24,000!!!!!! What a rip off. I was cheated and schemed by them. I'm currently looking to take legal action against this dealership for not properly disclosing the very important information to me that would have prevented me from buying the car. I guess the saleman's paycheck was worth more than my safety an hard earned money.

Nobody likes to sit around waiting for their car's maintenance to be done so it's probably no surprise that I don't particularly like the task of taking my car anywhere for something simple like changing the oil (even if it is free). Buuuut...I do firmly believe, if it's FREE, it's for me so I made the journey anyway.

Once parked, we were immediately greeted by the most wonderful employee I've ever met at a dealership or service center. It turned out he was actually a salesman, but he immediately had us taken care of and let us know if we got bored in the waiting room we could come check-out and test drive the cars on the lot. Yes, I know anyone could go and do that, but that's something I've never thought about doing while at a service center to pass time. I didn't take him up on this offer because I did have work to do, but had their wi-fi been dial-up speed, I would've gone. His friendliness was just genuine, great way to be greeted when doing something you hate.

I had never been to the Hyundai service center, never sat in the waiting room, but I have been to multiple other mechanics and waited in their sorry excuses for waiting rooms while wondering if you can in fact die from boredom. Hyundai is better than anything I expected. There's large high-def tv's with DirecTv or Dish (or some kind of cable provider), tons of tables and chairs, free high speed internet in the area (digitalelpaso worked fine for me), two computers for use by anyone, a room with toys for the kiddos, and a couple of vending machines with munchies and drinks. The time waiting for my car to be finished has never been so fast.

The service was performed and the mechanic came back with the keys, but then let us know he put on new windshield wipers because the one on the car were old. Okay, I know they were old (I feel like my windshield wipers always meet death sooner in El Paso...maybe because of all the sun and lack of rain), but I wish they would've given the option before putting them on because those babies cost $60. But other than that, it was a great experience and if they'd let me, I would totally take my Lincon here too.

The only decent thing about this dealership is the waiting area.

They promised a free multipoint inspection, I received the checklist with NOTHING filled out.

Don't go for something basic like an oil change or it will take 6 hours. And they will probably forget to call you when your car is ready.

Oh and you might have to walk to some random parking lot behind the dealership to find your car if they don't deliver it to you.

And if you don't know a lot about cars you better ask someone who does before you agree to any services or they will rip you off like crazy. $150 for "some sludge on the injectors"? Shoot, my car is only 2 years old, get the heck out of here with that crap.

This was my third time here, the only "decent" experience I ever had here was when I brought the manager out and complained about the terrible service.

Los Angeles Hyundai dealership never gave me any issues. Will not return to this location unless they promise some free service or get new management.

Hyundai Services, good waiting area. Computer with Internet, TVs and coffee. However, the people that work there are not very helpful or knowledgeable of their job...and these people I am talking about are the cashier and the Service Advisor.  I went there second week of January for service and was told that they will contact me by phone and email when my steering wheel arrives.  It has been a  month now and I have not heard from them.  It is funny how they never send me their online survey to my email like they have told me. My 2012 Hyundai that I took there for service is still having almost the same issues. The dealership is great but definitely  not their Service department.
