I had a 7 a.m. appointment for a scheduled service and it is after 2:30 p.m. and I am still waiting for my vehicle. I was told by Vanessa an hour ago that my truck was almost ready. I give Hoy-Fox Toyota my business because it is close to where I live and I usually receive adequate service. I even purchased my wife's car here a couple of years ago. I am starting to rethink who will get my money/business when I buy my next Toyota. It will probably be Dick Poe Toyota.

I had a 10:45am appointment, I show up and they say the wait is anywhere from 2 and a half to 3hours. What's the point of making an appointment, I'm thinking at this point. Anyways, I wait.  Two hours later my car is done, I get the keys and they say I need to pay because my free oil change for life deal is only with a Toyota in Dallas. This sucks and is my fault for not looking into this detail. But what made me mad was their general attitude about the whole situation and how condescending they were. Overall, I wouldn't recommend going here.

I went to Dick Poe Toyota first, big mistake and a total waste of time. Dick Poe had friendly employees however, the salesman I spoke to was not very knowledgable about certain Toyota cars and did not know their own special promotions.

I went straight to Hoy Fox Toyota of El Paso after Dick Poe and was immediately greeted by Michael Ferrari. I told him what kind of car I wanted and what type of financing I was interested in. Of course the car and color I desired was not in their inventory, so without hesitation, he searched other Toyota dealerships for the car. Not only did he find the car, he also made sure I did not leave Hoy Fox without a good deal.

I am extremely impressed by Hoy Fox Toyota of El Paso as a whole. Mr. Michael Ferrari in sales is awesome! He is friendly, professional, and knows what he's doing!

When I was up front with Alfonso, he didn't try to drag out the negotiation. Straight to the point and very sincere to our needs and desires. Well done by Matt our financial advisor, who really took the time to explain everything in detail and what we should improve on. A tremendous great experience at Hoy Fox Toyota!!

I had an 8:30 appointment for an oil change on my FJ.  I arrived10 minutes early to find a confused line of about 10 vehicles waiting in line for service. After 30 minutes of waiting and no help I simply left and won't be back. I scheduled an appointment to ensure I received timely service, but was lumped in with the "walk-ins". There doesn't seem to be an effective system in place here, just one service rep doing anything to get vehicles in for service. I just moved here and i already miss my old Toyota Dealer. I'll go to another Toyota dealer even if I have to drive to Las Cruces.

Was going to Mexico and driving through from California to Laredo, I need a break service for sienna and they took me in right away. They took me in right away. While I was waiting had an opportunity to eat at the near by places. Robert Ramos was very helpful friendly.

Wish that they would of explained that they were remodeling their service department when I made an appointment over the phone.  I would of gone to a different Toyota,  there is hardly anywhere to sit.

I went in on a saturday with no appointment. My Tacoma's interior lights wouldn't turn off. I was greeted by Fernie. I told him it needed to be serviced and the light problem checked. He explained the cost & would call with service items and would check on the light problem. Nice and polite. He did just that. I'm not sure about the other service advisors but I'll definitely go back to see this guy.

"sorry that's not my problem we're closing" this is the attitude of the staff at Hoy-Fox Toyota. I took my truck in for a 5K mile service, only to end up with a partially finished service and a bottle of power steering fluid left in my engine bay. After calling their customer service, they had no response or offer to finish their unfinished job. A call to Toyotas customer service promptly got the issue resolved, however, Hoy-Fox did not hold a vehicle for a later drop off. Part of finishing the service included detailing the engine bay, and washing the truck. Engine bay and truck were washed, but windows weren't cleaned, inside or outside.

Customer service is rude, short and unwilling to work with customers. Service Manager was apologetic, and refunded my entire service.

I would not take my vehicle back for service. By far the worst Toyota dealership I've been to in 3 different states.
