In my opinion, they need to improve.

This is the worst dealership I have ever experienced. All the salesmen were extremely rude, only cared about money, and had little to no knowledge about the vehicles they were selling. They would not work with me at all because i wanted a little cheaper of a car, and they only care about making money on the expensive cars like the audi and jaguar.

TERRIBLE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! (unless you have 110k to spend, then they'll be your best friends)

I just had a bad experience on the phone with the Audi service rep. I was going to get into details but the fact is, she wasnt the typical Audi service rep for an Audi dealer. Seemed bothered, smark alec answer to me about why my calls havent been returned from earlier in the morning. Sounded stressed but you know what? Thats notmy problem. So this dealership may be great, but first impressions are important. I had my car shipped to El Paso from Detroit. I dont think Ill take it here based on this conversation. Not sure she liked me to much at the end. Just never had to deal with an Audi dealership rep like this. Maybe you will have better luck than me

One thing that always impresses me is a business that recognizes they screwed up, and makes some adjustments to correct their procedures.  If you read my previous reviews, you might note that the source of my dissatisfaction, was not so much the length of time they took to fix my vehicle, but rather the lack of communication. There is nothing more frustrating for a customer than a lack of communication.  The end of the story here is that I think Garcia finally get it.  Like other good service departments, someone is assigned the task of contacting vehicle owners daily to provide them with any relevant updates.  It's just courtesy and common sense.  In my case, I was paying for a rental car out-of-pocket.  They knew this. (I never wasted an opportunity to remind them.)

Eventually, my vehicle was repaired.  I believe that Frank and Manny discovered somewhere along the way that there was some merit to my complaints (expressed here in Yelp, on the dealership's FB page, and verbally to dealership managers).  Once they did, I received a daily call from Manny, like clockwork every morning while my car was in the shop. It really helped me out a lot.  I appreciated being informed.  Carlos called me, too.

I do not know if they've fixed their phone answering/voice mail problems, as I haven't had a reason to contact them.  I have since sold my Jaguar and purchased a new one and I have a lot of faith in Garcia Jaguar's service department once again.

Fantastic dealership- I have taken my car to dealerships all over the country for service, and I am thrilled with the service and quality of care taken on my subi here every time.  Last time, I had asked them to be extra thorough on the inspection since we had just finished up a series of road trips with another one to go- they called me to let me know that there was nothing wrong with my subi at all, and that they were inded extra thorough and thought I might like to know the results right away.  They also honored a coupon I had left at home- a friend went over and texted me a picture of it. Awesome!

This is a good dealership. It is currently under construction, and is adding an Audi and a Jaguar dealership within it's facility. Some of their Subaru mechanics are a bit anal though, they are always claiming that my car needs new windshield wipers and such, when there is currently nothing wrong with my windshield wipers... They are a tad expensive, but they know what they are doing and that makes them well worth the price. weekend hours are a bit limited (9am-1pm on Saturdays) but besides that, I approve of this dealership.
