Got my cars electrical problems fixed in less than a day! Fantastic service as always

We were under pressure to buy a new car and so we went to Casa Ford on a recommendation from a local mechanic. I've never been promised so much yet received so little! The car's hatchback shocks failed two days after we bought the car and they expected us to pay to have them fixed. We were told the car went through a 90-point inspection, yet they weren't even aware that the CD player didn't work, the shocks were bad, and that the engine light has a bad sensor that keeps it on. They "fixed" the shocks (after ordering the wrong parts) and they failed again three days later! I'm still waiting to have the sensor fixed (they claim the wrong parts were ordered, AGAIN!)

We were also told by the finance manager that the "business" they sell their loans to uses "mafioso tactics" to get their money. (Also that he personally didn't like it, but that's just how Casa does business. Righhhhhhht.)

Just a bad experience all around. Oh, and I'm still waiting to hear about the sensor, and it's been well over a month. At this point, I'm not confident we'll ever hear from them again--after all, we've been told more than once now that the car is now "our problem." I should have gone with my gut and done business with Kia across the street.

Update: They replaced the sensor, only to have it burn out again a week later. SO DONE with this business! Never, ever, buy a car from here!

I was surprised that Casa Ford got bad reviews on Yelp, until I realized that one of them was just from a yelper who didn't like the commercial. I never saw the commercial, but we got a Ford Focus from them and they were professional and best of all, they were not at all pushy. I can't stand sleezy, pushy salespeople and these people were perfect. They also had a lot of great cars on the lot and we found one at a really good deal.

There were a few times when the Ford had some tire trouble where it leaked air - so we brought it into the service center at Casa Ford and they fixed it right up.

Can't say I'd ever buy a Ford, but the commercials they incessantly play during football games are simply painful to sit through.  Please Please, stop singing guys it's hurting my ears.  Just a suggestion, play a few less commercials and use the money you save to hire some ACTORS!

So far, so awesome.

I have bought 8 cars in the last 3 years.  My wife says I have a disease.  Fortunately, this makes me somewhat of an expert on car dealerships and salesmen.

I bought my 2011 Mustang GT from Michael at Casa Ford.  He was very helpful, always honest, and they got me in and out in a matter of a couple of hours (a record feat for a car dealership).  When I had mentioned that I was starving he surprised me by going out and buying us tacos and splitting a meal with me at no cost.

If you go in, ask for Michael and tell him Matthew Jones sent you.  No I won't get a kick back, but I told him that I was so pleased with his service that I would try to let people know about it.
