Took my Caddy in for recall notice.   I had made an appointment before hand and the service person took care of me .     About 30-40 minutes later,  she announced that the car was ready and they were giving me a complimentary car wash.    I was thankful that they didn't try to find something wrong with the car ( that happened at a dealer in Sacramento, CA).    Also they were prompt and did what they said they would do.    I was prepared to tell them "NO" to any additional work as I use an independent shop on the Westside.     I do think that the waiting room needs more upscale decor and amenities.    Rudolph Honda is much more upscale , IMHO, and Hondas are supposedly  not  a  premium brand.   Mr. Palicios,    perhaps a more " Cadillac"  experience in your waiting room ?

This is the worst place to get serviced at. First off, I was about to signed the papers for a brand new car when I noticed the rear door panel was taken off. Hmmm... Wasn't the salesman supposed to inspect the car prior to presenting it? So I switch to a higher trim and picked it up in the show room the next day. Scuffs on the rear bumper but I didn't bother because I could buff it out myself. Then I noticed the sun roof was dirty but I didn't want to tell the salesman. Again, he was supposed to inspect it. On the way out the low tire indicator kept blinking. Again, it wasn't inspected completely. I took it back two weeks later because I was busy and I had another car. They put nitro in the tires but it was 10 PSI over. I checked it the day after. Then I took it back to get the CUE look at because some apps were missing and they called the manager. Not the tech, but the manager said the app appears when you're at certain area only and it self populate itself.... I said WOW. He said they don't have the capability to install it because they don't have the equipments. If they're going to sell vehicles like this, they're supposed to have all the supporting equipments. If you call this a premium brand? Why is it the dealerships on the west side are more presentable like a higher brand? Hmmmm....

I went in early saturday morning to get oil changed and tires rotated on my HD 2500.  They took approx 3.5 hours on the job they were friendly courteous ext.  My wife called to see if it was ready and they told her that they had to repair a leaky tire and it would be ready for pick up shortly.  So since we were back in the neighborhood we stopped by.  I asked about the tire repair out of curiosity since they never said anything about it when i picked it up.  They told me it was not my truck it was another vehicle.  It was just about ready I waited paid and left.  Later that week my son switched vehicles with me so he could take our fifth wheel camping for the weekend and also went to Albuquerque.  He told me after dropping the camper off at Caballo that the tire was not inflated properly.  The tire pressure sensor systems were not switched and the pressures were not adjusted to reflect proper inflations at 65 PSI front 80 PSI in back they switched both of them and never verified pressures or reset sensors.  No big deal except I was using it to drive a 13K fifth wheel any damage to tires I doubt it but it has suggested pressures for a reason..  Safety.   When i called last early Tuesday explained what was wrong the service rep very nonchalant about it and asked me to show up first thing in the morning.  I did at approx 0800 today and the rep looked for my original service rep (a female) and she just said ok again very nonchalant about it.  A told her i was very disappointed with the Bravo Service dept and that in the past I used them often with my H-3. The service I had always received was first class.  Today and two weeks ago the service rep could hardly even apologize about the disservice/inconvenience and could really care less about any safety concerns regarding the liability of half hazard work performed.  They also saw my truck was dirty from camping and after I said something she half offered to wash it.  I am not very happy to continue having my vehicle serviced there at this point and this is after recommending your service dept to other family members and friends.  I have also told other competitors Midway about your quick prompt courteous service I have received in the past and recommended that they go check it out and emulate your dept.  That was before this lackadaisical service rep and quick wham bam half baked unsafe unsatisfactory job.
