I've had my BMW serviced at dealerships in Savannah, GA, Alexandria, VA, and now in El Paso. Out of the three, El Paso is the ONLY location where I've had such difficulty. From problems not getting a straight answer or quote, to getting a call saying my car is ready when it actually is not. I recommend looking elsewhere for service on your BMW if you live in El Paso. This one isn't worth the headache or the price.

I purchased my BMW because I love the car. It also came with a great service package included. I am left not completely satisfied by the manner in which the service department operates.
1. They allow a early drop off service at 7am. But the courtesy shuttle doesn't start until 8am. You'll find yourself waiting there for at least and hour or more if you need to use the shuttle.
2. Each time I have left my car there, it has taken longer than expected to repair. over a week longer during this last repair! They are ok with throwing a loaner at you.
3. Communication with the service advisor is very poor. Frustrating process to call and check the status of your vehicle only to get you their voice mail. Don't expect a call back, you probably not going to get one. Just stop in after work and wait and hour or so to be told it is not ready.

On a better note, the work performed is quality and I have never had to take my car back for the same issue twice,

When we walked into the dealership there were 3 sales associates on the floor standing near the door. Not one single associate greeted us, someone popped their head out of their office to do it.
We had an appointment to have our oil changed and so far it's taken 15 and we still haven't been seen.
On a positive note, there is free wifi. I guess they feel like they can act like assholes since they're the dealership in El Paso.

Providing an unbiased review based on my personal experience at BMW of El Paso. Both BMW's I have owned have been serviced at this dealer, so far they haven't let me down; my SA has always been Samantha Kirtley and she has provided the best customer service by far. Their Sales & Finance staff is the best to deal with, they make your buying experience as smooth as possible; not to mention their Parts Dept which is highly professional and have an excellent CS. They could improve a bit on their car wash quality assurance after car has been serviced since it is poorly washed, dried & vacuumed, those white dried up water marks are hard to rub off, thus my 4 star review. Overall I'm very pleased with their service and would recommend BMW of el Paso

Worst experience ever, had my car in the dealership for over 2 months trying to figure out the problem. They ended up charging me a pretty penny too saying that it would fix the problem. They had no idea how to fix My car. It was an extremely frustrating experience and will never buy another a Mini based off of my experience with them.

This is absolutely the worst BMW dealership I have ever been too.  I have been here three times and each time is worst than the last.  The customer service is horrendous.  I am never greeted when I come in, I end up sitting around for extended periods of time while employees mill around and joke.  The staff acts as if I am bothering them when I am finally forced to ask for my service advisor because I have been ignored for over 45 minutes.

My fiancé drives the BMW, and although I planned on purchasing a 6-Series this year, I would NOT buy a car in this dealership.....ever.  I am so happy I drive a Lexus.

terrible service Talk about horrible service !!!!! Took the car for a oil leak ..... Got it bk w missing parts, smoke from tailpipe n to top it off check engine light on -- at BMW of El Paso. need to go local that's the problem from out of town they dont give a s..t regarding el paso business

Ashley, Ashley, Ashley!  She is the reason to use BMW of El Paso for your warranty and non-warranty work.  There is a reason she is booked, all day, everyday.   Every time I drop off either of my two BMWs for service, she ensures the work is done and always does a little more.    And no, I did not buy either car in El Paso.  Yet, she treats us as if we are her favorite customers.

Perhaps I was spoiled by the BMW dealership that I bought my car from in El Cajon, CA but I was not pleased at all by the service I received.  I don't live in El Paso and drove over 2 hours to visit this dealership for service.
We were not greeted when we pulled into the service area.  So we walked inside and again, no one greeted us.  
When we did finally get someone to help us, we told them we had a 2pm appt with Safelite and were ensured that my car would be ready in time.  
Wrong......
I ended up changing my appt to 3pm at Safelite (Safelite was AWESOME!!!) and there was no apology on the part of the dealership.  I also was not pleased that my car (and the findings by the techs) was discussed out in the open in the waiting area. That should have been discussed in the service advisor's office....not with the receptionists and other customers.

I will not go back.  
I will travel the 5 hours to Austin!!

I give it two stars because the service is not what you would expect from a high end dealership.  If I was buying a toyota, buick or kia this service would be very except able.   I have been promised by corporate that this establishment will be changing soon for the better. It was just newly acquired.  
I just bought a 335I 2012 from them.  There are still a few things that need to be fixed in a new car but because the warranty covers it they fix it for free. However because the model is so new many of the pieces take a month to arrive and they don't have them here in El Paso.  
Make sure that you schedule your service at least a week in advanced so that you can get a BMW loaner vehicle, if not they will drive you down to Hertz Rental car and give you a Toyota.  
Ask for Ashley in service if you need anything done she is a saving grace at this location. She knows the vehicle and also the local area.

This place is great after you demand excellent service and let them know you mean business.

I am loving my new car.
