So after I called to see what they wanted and talked to S. Ellison. He gave me the same story about how they were 2 days behind (like that's my fault) and they would take my car in but couldn't get to it after the weekend which would have made me car less for 5 plus days depending on when they would service my car. He lied about getting ahold of me for a week which how could he if they didn't have my info but tried to contact me on yelp which was recently and my service was done the next day by Huffines.  
They basically wasted my day and upset me with their lies and horrible customer service.  It's not my fault you're under staffed and you can't make deadlines.  As a manager you need to be prepared for mistakes and not being able to perform your job.  I told him if I made excuses all day I wouldn't have a job.  He asked me where I worked and I told him a restaurant and said maybe I'll come there and you can push people off a table and serve me.  I thought that was completely rude and then exclaimed that it wasn't fair to write them a bad review for being upset.  I told him if he handled it better I probably wouldn't have written it but since the receptionist made me drive out of my way, basically lied and told me I wouldn't have a wait and having the manager "be honest with me" by telling me I couldn't get service wasn't fair for me as a customer.  He them asked where I worked implying a threat on my job and writing a bad review.  That's where I got even more offended.  This man is unprofessional and I will continue to do business with Huffines and tell friends and family as well.

On Dec. 31, 2014, I purchased a 2014 Silverado Pick up from Arnold Holubec at Young Chevrolet in Dallas, TX. I have been doing business with Arnold and Young Chevrolet since 1990. I have purchased 16 vehicles from Arnold (and his daughter Beverly) and I have never been dissatisfied. They are always very thoughtful and never pushy. Kenny is always good to work with when we finish up our purchase and paperwork.
And because of the vehicles we have purchased at Young, we have dealt with the service department, Darrell Bullard, Gary Hatfield and Steve - who are always professional and take the time to explain what needs to be done for maintenance and always do a great job. Then there are Theresa at the desk that takes the money for the repairs - always pleasant and friendly. Nish, one of the mechanics in Quick Lube, is also very helpful when Gary has to step out.
Overall, we are very pleased with our experience at Young Chevrolet.

Never thought I would do this, maybe because it happened to my mom and not me....I'm sorry but when you call and have to make appointment to get a recall notice fixed and they cant make you an appointment both times there is a problem....how come its so hard to make appointment? I just don't understand, call once and they say they are all booked up to call back the beginning of November...call back the beginning of November and they say call back the beginning of December....Really!!!!....just so unprofessional..no plan...just plan ridiculous....and they don't even deserve a star.....but u have to pick one to post....so here u go...

If you go to buy a car ask for James. He made the hole experience fun and easy. He played with my 2 year old and want bothered whee she bothered him. We will being buying our next car from him. Thanks James

I'd had "truck fever" for quite a while when I finally succumbed. After searching the internet until I couldn't see straight (seriously) I found the truck of my dreams almost around the corner from where I lived. My salesman, Randy, made me a deal on a '10 Silverado, gave me a fair price on my trade in and extended service beyond the sale. Like most folks I know that the dealer always gets the best of the deal. If they don't they're out of business. But service means a lot to me and this is where Randy and Youngs shine. I  bought the truck without a warranty and on the way home found that the radio didn't work. Hadn't tried it before buying it. Young could have said no warranty, get lost. Instead Randy took me over to Moonshadow and footed the bill. Thanks Randy and Youngs Chevrolet. Next time I'm in the market for a vehicle you'll get the first look.

I called to set an appointment on the phone and Mike helped me. He told me an appointment was not necessary that I could just bring my car in and they would need it for about a day (I was having battery issues). Mike was not available when I arrived but someone else helped me (I don't know his name, but he was the gentlemen in the very first stall, just in front of Mike's). It was so nice to have someone help me instead of having me wait to Mike. The check in process was quick and my car was ready that same afternoon (battery replaced under factory warranty).

I carefully worked on saving enough for a good down payment, kept shopping online for information on the quality, researched my trade in value and read up on the new GM (when they were in bankruptcy they were not pleasant to deal with but have improved greatly since).

I am very pleased with my purchase and definitely had a good experience during the actual purchase. No hassles,no pushy people and all around good service from Barbara Choate. I do hope my relationship with Young Chevrolet will be pleasant for the life time that i own my shiny black Chevrolet Sonic Hatchback. Awesome car and good dealership!

body shop review=i took my car here for body repairs after an accident in spring 2012,,, had a few issues with the quality of work paint mis-match  and an alignment that was not right when i picked up my car,,, the manager of the body shop was fair to deal with and is good people he took care of the alignment  and has stated he would take care of the paint mismatch although i have not had a chance to do without my car since talking with about that--- one thing on the insurance claim side of the matter went kinda rough,,, i think it was a little poor prep on the dealer side ,, i had to file complaints via tdi to get some repairs finished and to get needed repairs done. i would say more and be more detailed but i am in the middle of a legal battle about unfinished insurance claims.  regarding this accident repair. i would have gave three stars if no rechecks or paint mismatch ,,, customer service by the estimator was questionable at times. ,,,
