Do not buy from this Dealership.  The Jeeps look Great and the service seems genuine. If you are purchasing from out of state as soon as the signature is on the paper the service stops.  Purchased a 2010 Jeep July 2014. Jeep was to be shipped, with brakes redone, and tint applied.  Assumed it would come clean and as advertised.  I just received the Jeep September 8th 2014. A two week shipment took 2.5 months. I was overcharged for the shipping and even that was not facilitated correctly leaving me at the dock for 3 hours while Starwood reluctantly paid the transport bill.  Visor tint was not done. New brake pads were put on the old unturned rotors causing vibrations and a loud squealing noise.  Vehicle is absolutely filthy with food under the seat, rusted bolts, and the carpeting pulling up.  Jeep was used and the oil change was last done by the original owner and is 5 months past due and 1000 miles over.  Do not buy from Starwood Do not buy from Gordon H.

If you want a nice fancy expensive car, used, then this is the place to go. I loved walking around the show room and seeing Ferraris, Mazeratis, Bentlys and the like. I wish I could have test drove them. I didn't ask to, maybe next time I will.
My roommate found the car of his dreams on the internet. A 1991 Nissan 300ZX. So, after much negotiation by phone and email,  we made the trek to Dallas to check it out. Our salesman, Stephen, was very nice and mostly helpful. There was a few things aout the car he didn't know so some of the other guys that work there came over to help. We did notice an oil leak so they took it to the shop and checked it out. They then gave us a $500 voucher to fix it. Signed some paperwork and the car was ours. The problem is the ad for the car said it was 100% healthy. We have, of course, discovered that is not the truth and the car is going to need lots of TLC. This was disappointing, but we learned a valuable lesson about getting the car inspected before buying, no matter how fancy the dealership is.

Ordered a 2008 Ferrari F430 spider sight unseen. The sales person, Stephen R, went over the car in every detail and sent me pictures, service records and all factory info.
The car was delivered to me in CA as promised and the condition was as nice as he promised. There was a delay in getting me the title but I was told it was because they use a third party to handle out of state paperwork.  All and all it was very easy, epically being half way across the Country. I would recommend Starwood Motors to anyone, great customer support from sales team, great selection of cars and reasonable pricing.
