Great dealership. They know how to take care of customers. Took my vehicle in for an oil change and was in and out quick.

You would think at a place where you are looking to spend thousands of hard earned dollars on a product that you would receive exemplary service. That is NOT the case here.

I bought a Jeep here a little over a month ago. I gave the salesman exactly what I was looking for including but not limited to the color, interior color, GPS, etc. He knew exactly what I wanted and I made it clear on more than one occasion that I wanted what I wanted and nothing else. I wanted a fully loaded, top-of-the-line Grand Cherokee. So that's what we looked at.

It became very clear, very quickly, that the sales associate was more interested in getting me into a car right away than he was in getting me in the car I was looking to buy. At a forty thousand foot level, the associate heard me tell him that I was only interested in a black car. Not only did he try to sell me a white one, he tried to do it TWICE. His desire to get me in any car as soon as possible didn't stop until I told him that he was irritating me and that I was getting sick of him not listening to what I was telling him. I made it abundantly clear at that point that I was only willing to get in a specific car, and if he couldn't provide that, then I was leaving.

THEN, when we located the car I wanted, it needed to be processed at the dealership. It is at that point that they register the car and stick the Love Field logo on it. I told them I didn't want the logo on the car and they told me that was not an issue. I just had to wait a few days for the car to be done. The following Monday, I go in to get the car, and guess what? There is a Love Field logo attached to the car.

It gets worse. I have the car for a few days when I get a call from the dealership saying there was an issue with the paperwork and that my payment changed. Fortunately, it went down, but I still had to go back in to fix paperwork. Remember how I told you I wanted a fully loaded car that was top-of-the-line? When I get there, I see not one, but TWO Grand Cherokees that have more features, more power, and four wheel drive. I was told that I was getting the best that Jeep had to sell in the Grand Cherokee Overland that I was sold.

When I brought it up to the sales associate that sold me my car he said, "You don't need all that power." I didn't realize that the sales associate knew more about my tastes, wants, or needs than I did. He must have been working with a psychic or something. Come to find out, there is a 4x4 available and I'm in a 4x2. After all, who needs all that stuff? Why would you need a 4x4 in Dallas? It's not like we just had a big ice storm.

It would have been nice to have gotten what I wanted rather than having been hurried out of the dealership, rushed into purchasing what I thought was the best car possible, only to find out later that I was misled and lied to.

However, if you're in the market to be lied to, then this is definitely the dealership for you.

We used Nicky Sheets to buy our car and we were so happy! The staff there is great and did everything possible to help us with buying our car. We were treated awesome and was given tons of freebies!!! I have never been to a car dealership that has treated this great!!!! Awesome service!

The test driving is fine. After you show interest in a vehicle, it is all down hill.

Although a decent amount of my buying experience was nice, I must give 1 star rating because this dealership took advantage of me and I want other people to be forewarned.

I purchased a used car from this dealership in 2012. I love the car, and I got it for a great price, according to KBB. The vehicle had a sale price of $27,000, and I was putting down $15,000 cash and another $1,500 in my trade in.

Being in my early 20's and having no credit, I wanted to finance the remaining $10,500. However, the sales manager Kaled Erakat refused to sell me the vehicle without doing two things:

1) He wanted a year's worth of bank statements to prove I had the cash flow to make payments. I was not allowed to black out any personal information.

2) He said that they would refuse me financing if I did not buy an extended warranty. I only recently found out (after going through my documents) that it explicitly states that 'the purchase of this service contract is not required in order to obtain financing'.

The dealership charged me $2,500 for that extended warranty. I feel incredibly ripped off. Obviously, I wish I had known better - however, I felt helpless at the time and ended up giving in to Erakat.

I would never recommend a dealership that does this to their customers.

I was very impressed with the service I received from everyone. No pressure, no games, no hassle, and I would definitely buy another vehicle from them again. Thank you Daniel Gonzalez, for taking care of my family and I!

I saw a loaded 2014 Wrangler Sahara for a very good price on their website and called about it. I gave them the exact stock number listed on their own website, and they said it was on the lot. I came right in to look at it, only to be told that the Jeep is the owner's wife's vehicle and "glitch" causes it to be put up for sale every month. They told me it would be taken down that day. One week later, it is still up for sale on their website. After that nonsense, they low balled me by $6,000 on my potential trade-in. They eventually came up a bit, but it was nowhere close to the Black Book or NADA values.  I wasn't going to take their bait and get cheated on my trade, so I walked out.

I went to a competing Jeep dealer and got exactly what I was asking for on my trade and drove out in a brand new Rubicon that day.

I got just the used car I wanted and a very good price.  Who could ask for more?  Tony and the managers worked through some problems and, in the end, I left with no complaints and with compliments for the way I was treated.  I love my new/old car and am very impressed with their state of the art system that makes buying a car quick and easy.

I wish I didn't have to put a star on here. I'm not the one to ever make negative complaints, but this place is definitely worth one. Warning... If you ever decide to by a car here do not finance it with them. They will scam you with all types of lies about your payment and add things without you realizing until it's too late. The most dishonest dealership I have EVER dealt with... it's a crazy that they can even still be in business. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I can definitely say, "Don't go here to buy your vehicle unless you want to be shafted."

My friend purchased a Dodge Challenger from Love Field Chrysler and since that time, he has had to make repeated visits back to the dealership for numerous issues.  Unfortunately, the entire buying experience has been unsatisfactory because the expected level of service has been completely lacking.

When the vehicle was purchased, the seat belt was malfunctioning and needed replacing, that clearly should have been a red flag. Secondly, they only provided the valet key, which required a return to the dealership where they had new keys cut by the locksmith. Within another week, he again had to return to Love Chrysler because they had not provided the tire keys in the glove box, nor the necessary tire sensors; in addition to all this, the vehicle hood was misaligned due to vehicle frame damage. Repeated issues occurred during the initial 45 days of possession of the vehicle.

When he took the car back in Sept and Oct. they told him it warranty was invalid and they were not obligated to make the necessary repairs.

It is a case of bait & switch, the dealer baited with this vehicle, sold a warranty they are not honoring but he paid for and they did not want to take responsibility.

We have made repeated attempts to resolve this matter, however, they have not acted in good faith in getting the situation corrected.

Check their low rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and you can see the multiple complaints reported for this dealership.

BE CAREFUL! This place uses friends to post positive reviews! Customer service is horrible and they will try to scam you (especially on your trade-in).  I have contacted Jeep/Chrysler corporate about their sales practices.

My salesman, Drew Lippincott, made the whole process a breeze. We bought a 2013 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel 4X4 and we couldn't be happier. Drew has followed up on everything he said he would. THe best part is he's just a nice guy. The kind of guy you'd want to stop and have a cup of coffee with. There was no pressure and no tricks or gimmicks. I really felt like he, and all the staff at Love Field, were working to get me the best deal they could.

I purchased my 2013 Charger here in October. The experience was wonderful. My sales guy, Hector Boone, was amazing and very helpful. Not only did he sell me the exact car I wanted, he got me a great rebate, and he continues to make sure I am taken care of to this very day. I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family and will definitely continue my business here in the future.

Great experience! Hector made us feel so at ease. He helped get us into a new car for the same price of a used one anywhere else! I definitely recommend this agency to any first time buyers and or anyone looking to trade in for something better! They really work with you. It was such an amazing experience!! If you decide to come in here ask for Hector Boone and Ronnie!

Myla D. | 2013-12-14

Great overall experience. We went to look for a car for my son. We were initially only thinking we could get a newer used car but my son was able to get a brand new one. We met with Chris Wesselman and decided on actual vehicle. He negotiated several times to get payment range and down payment that we were comfortable with. Chris stayed with us until very end handing my son his keys to his first new car!!!
As his mother, I was very happy for him. I even let my son drive new car home while I followed in his old car:)
