STOP LYING.

Mr Wayne cloud is sorry for what they done to me
I hope he is feeling sorry not saying sorry
But I don't think so , the only thing they care about is extra$$$$$ doesn't matter how , they lie to you and make you sale your other car and leave you with no car for 6 months without having any bad feeling
I went to Porsche,Mercedes  dealership I bought an SUV  it took me less than 15 mints to go home with my new car hassle free great service
Mr Wayne cloud want me to call and talk  further , talk about what Sir ?!
It's too late
You got my customized car and you sold it to somebody else for extra$$ after you make me wait 14 months ,  lies after lies then you sorry .
I don't think you feel any sorry.

If this is not true posted here that I'm not telling the truth

First of all, this place does NOT even deserve one star! The service here is absolutely HORRIBLE!! I am disgusted at the way they treat their customers. Long story short. I've brought my vehicle in several times for service and what not. They return it to me, after ME having to call THEM to check on the status of what is going on with my vehicle, only to find that there is STILL something wrong with it. So I have to take it back and funny that they tell me there is nothing wrong with it, and then they service it AGAIN and find the problem. Maybe because they actually decided to service the vehicle correctly this time? When I go to pick up my vehicle, the service provider NEVER comes to speak to me about what the issues where. Both times I've gotten shitty loaner hertz rentals and they were DIRTY!! So, not only am I not getting an equal value loaner, but there is trash in it from the previous customer!! Mercedes at least offers you a Mercedes vehicle. Both times I had to take my vehicle BACK due to LANDROVER'S lack of service they didn't even offer one of their vehicles when it was LANDROVER'S fault to begin with! I spent over $60K on this customized vehicle and get shit for service. Now I am thinking of going back to a Mercedes, Porsche, Audi or BMW. Please if you must service your vehicle, do it elsewhere. And if you're a girl and don't know about cars, take a guy so they don't take you for an idiot. I am a girl and luckily my family actually owns a dealership and I know about cars from the boys in my family so I know what I'm talking about, they just don't know it and take me for an idiot.

Jason in service sucks!
Diego in service is awesome!

Pretty much the worst place you can ever take your vehicle. I had a brand-new vehicle that had an odd noise coming from one of the closed windows and after keeping it for 2 days, the service department told me there was "nothing they could do" about it and threw me out. Most recently I requested some glass from a different shop, who had to order through the dealer - well, the glass came in broken and no one bothered to re-order it or let me know about it. These assholes give zero fucks.

The only reason I am leaving 5 stars is because of the collision side of Land Rover of Dallas. Larry Newman helped us get our LR2 back on the rode right away. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of quickly and efficiently. His customer service and pleasant attitude put a smile on our face and restored our faith in Land Rover of Dallas! We tried to go to the service side before the collision side and the customer service was horrible!!!! I'm so glad we went to the collision side after!!! Thank you Larry!!!!!!!

I get it.... I FINALLY GET IT NOW.....
After reading these reviews about the service dept, I realize its not just me.

I kept thinking, apparently... spending $60,000 cash here was not enough money yet for them to give me the service I assumed I should receive. (NORMAL SERVICE).

We purchased our car, we picked it up and it wasn't even detailed. First sign.

Months later......Called my service writer, left voice-mail about bringing car in, no returned call for 2 days, so I stopped in. He was on the phone, the other service writers said he was my guy and that I would need to speak ONLY to him. He didn't get off the phone the whole time I was there so I left and emailed him.

Set up a date and time to bring my car in an get a loaner IN WRITING.

I get there this morning as agreed upon and guess what, I'm not on the work order list for today. They never scheduled me. He said "oh they mustve moved you around" No dude, you never scheduled me.  He scrambled and got me a terrible loaner car. I dread driving it home today.

Meanwhile, waiting in line at the cashier's desk, I hear another guy high fiving with my service guy and saying how he appreciated him squeezing him in today.

I told my fiance, if it were up to me I would never purchase another Range Rover from this location again.

As another reviewer said, you would think with the premium we pay for these Land Rover autos, the service would be at the least mediocre, but your thinking would be wrong.

Service is ten times better at Ford, Dodge, etc.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRRRRRRRIBLE

Excellent road side service , thank you.
I had a flat tyre, called it in and they arrived in under 20 minutes to come change it for me, not only that they sent me texts to keep
Me posted on the estimated Arrival time.

I value relationships like this and will probably purchase another range rover in the near future love the look of the
New models !

Not the best customer service here at Dallas Land Rover. But they do great work. How to weigh my experience.....

My sales process was incredible. David Hamer was amazing and very attentive. Perfect experience. Unfortunately that is not the same experience I'm having with the Service department. I have called repeatedly to the person who is supposed to be my contact to set up a time to bring in my Evoque. Not one phone call back. I expected so much more from a premium car dealer. So far, I've had better experience with Ford and Dodge. I had high hopes as I felt I was moving into another class of service just because I bought a Range Rover. So far it hasn't been good. All I want to do is set an appointment to bring in my car. Is that too much to ask???

I really liked the service advisor, Jason - TOP NOTCH and I know the business well as I worked for an Auto Mfg for 8 years and spent many years training service advisors so I'm not easily impressed.  He patiently listened to my concerns, Thoroughly explained what everything would cost, provided me a loaner even though I didn't have a reservation, understood that I was brining in the car for my man and was patient when I got tired of being the middle person and handed the cell phone to him to handle all the questions coming my way, he was quick and didn't dilly dally around while I waited and called me the next day when the Rover was ready for pick up after giving the Rover a much needed bath.

A funny aside is I got a 30k and he quoted like $550 and I gasped and said that's the most expensive 30k, I've ever heard of and he said, I'll give you a break down of what it costs.  Then he said the Rover needs front and rear brakes and rotors and that was gonna be like $600 for front and $700 for rear or something cray like that and I laughed and said you've got to be kidding me...He said "Welcome to the world of Range Rover".  Aye yay yay...I knew service was expensive but I didn't think they would ask for my first born.  It's all good and worth it though.

Even though the Frisco store is the same Auto Group , Dallas shines shoulders above the experience I had at the Frisco store.  The Dallas store will remain our dealership of choice.

I can't speak for the sales department, but if you do buy a car here I recommend getting your vehicle serviced elsewhere.  The staff is not very attentive.  What I was told would take an hour took four.  No one bothered to check on me, and when I did try to speak to a service advisor who was not my original one, I was ignored.  My original problem was fixed, but the staff failed to seal up area of my interior.  Not what I would expect for a dealer selling vehicles at the price tag they do.

Overall positive experience and helpful service and parts staff.  They say a big aspect of owning a Range Rover is the knowledge that you will be "investing" a considerable sum in parts and repairs.  Saying that because the cost of parts here is way, way over the top.  I really hope that's not the dealers fault, but you never really know.

Still, when I have an issue, the Land Rover Dallas team is genuine and sincere at helping with your needs and concerns.

This review is for the dealership sales department. Bought a few Range Rover from this dealership, got nothing but excellent service from my sales rep Joey.

Always upfront with me about everything, very prompt on responses, and most importantly, the respect as the buyer. I'm glad that I got Joey as my sales rep, because he understands what I need, and delivers it. No BS.

I hate it when sales try to BS with me. I aint got that kinda time.

Wow.  Thank you for being so nice and fixing my broken car today.  I had the same issue  three times while still in Chicago and then yesterday in my new parking lot in Dallas...on my way to watch the Packer game...dammmit... anyway...  They actually fixed the problem, GASP they replaced my faulty battery, they solved my problem... I'm knocking on wood.... even if it happens again, I'm crazy happy that Land Rover Dallas actually did something other than run a mother lovin' software update and send me on my merry way.   I have a new battery, yipppeee!

These guys were so nice, friendly and made me feel really good and comfortable... the man I spoke to in the service center was very nice and the people present when I picked up my car were ever so lovely as well.

A POSITIVE dealership service story... hoooray.
