This Dealership has a Horrible Service Department.  You should avoid this place like a plaque.  I have taken my car here for service at least three times, so it isn't like i took my car here once and just got a bad representative.  No each time I've had to deal with the exact same problems.  !. They take your car in for service and make you feel like they are going to get to it that day when actually it probably wont get work on for two or three days (which might be OK if at least they would inform you of that but they don't!)  2. When they do start working on your car they never and I mean never call you and give a status of the job even if it takes 3 to 4 days no matter how many phone numbers you leave them.  3. It takes them to long to accomplish work.  they had my car for a whole week to tell me i only needed a pvc valve (Really!!).  This time they have had it for a week and a half and the only thing wrong was a radiator hose and water inlet housing and it still isn't ready!!  This will be the last time i allow them to work on it.  I feel this dealership is a terrible representative of the Chevrolet Brand and because of places like this I will definitely not be purchasing another GM product.

Horrible Service!  We called and made an appointment a week prior.  The vehicle was dropped of at the appointment time.  The service agent indicated that they may need to keep it over night. I said that was fine as my husband had his car.  By the following day at 4 in the afternoon there had been no communication at all regarding any problems.  I called and left 4 messages before I insisted on waiting on hold.  A woman picked up finally and told me that my car was not ready.  I asked her for an update on the problem and was put back on hold for 7 minutes more.  When the next agent picked up the phone I was informed that they were behind "a day or so" and my car had not been examined.  I asked why they did not tell me this in the first place or call me to let me know the situation.  I am without a car!   Why did I make an appointment?  I asked her to bring my car around and we will take it back to the dealer we normally bring the car to (a bit father away from our office).  3 minutes (no exaggeration) my phone rings and she called to tell me that the mechanic said the last person who fixed my car did it wrong!  I said - so in 3 minutes he pulled the car in and figured this out?  (I told them I hit something and was having a problem...). First and last impression:they do not listen or care.  They are disorganized and will blame others for any mistakes.  Do you want to pay a dealer like this to fix your car?  Not us.  Picked up car and will go elsewhere.

Don't buy a car from this place .. If anything go wrong with your vehicle they want fix it.. When I bought my car three things was wrong with it...the customer service is bad from all angles of management .. I asked for corporate number and they refused to give it to me.. The service department treated me terrible they kept my car for 2 weeks for
a 2 day repair.. They told me they was unable to fix certain things that they promise because they didn't make enough money off my deal which I was out of 20,000 for a car. I wouldn't recommend my family nor friends there.they are all about money and not customer service..Warren sucks as a manager.. Roslyn is so ghetto and hood she was all about making bonus money and telling how much she make off her profit by cross selling warranty and gap insurance. Will the salesperson tried to do his best because everybody was about money.. Reginald was not helpful at all..

I went out there from North Dallas to trade my Cadillac.  I was dealing with Brock but he was not there so I had a guy named Randy and a trade manager.  They let me walk away over $500.00 WOW.  So the search continues.
UPDATE:  This guy Randy while I was leaving upped their offer for my trade by 2,000 so while in the parking lot I countered with if they would do another 500 we could talk.  He shook his head.  Well Randy did not tell my sales guy Brock of his upping the offer.  So when they missed the deal by 500, they really did.  Brock was under the assumption that I just wanted 500 more above their lo-ball offer.  
These guys TOTALLY dropped the ball after I drove from Carrollton out there as they strongly urged I make the drive.  It is in my opinion, this dealer uses old school ways to get you in and exploit you wanting a new vehicle.

This place was so nice! I went in to ask to borrow an air pump; I had been to three different gas stations trying to fill my tires before I drove up to Tulsa. The fell insisted I let him do it for me, and since it was a nasty day out, I didn't argue. He got it done for me in less than ten minutes and didn't charge me. It's right by my work, so I will definitely be back if I need anything done to my Chevy!

Jeez.... I don't know if im giving a bad review just because im mad at the financing department or whatever, i went there to purchase a vehicle and after dealing the monthly price they agree to what i wanted, we agreed to an amount and to a Month range..... when they took me to the financing guy he never told me that they agreed to the price just because they stretched the monthly term, plus he told me thayt the maintenance service was going to be free wich it was a lie, they included it in the financing charges..... so dissapointed with this dealer
