I had a wonderful experience at this location. Everyone was so helpful. The only thing that can be approved upon is the wait time once you have found the car you want but other than that. It was fun.

Very helpful and courteous sales person and sales manager - I am a previous customer so I qualified for the CHAMP program which allowed me to get into a new car for nothing down, awesome! The entire process was so easy and quick!! I will definitely refer friends & family and will continue to be a Drivetime customer myself.

I got an '06 Toyota Highlander from Drive Time just last week and had to take it to be serviced already this morning. The a/c never got cold. I had a really nice sales person but no one explained the optional Gap Coverage,  DriveCare and SkyLink Service which tagged on an extra $4,000 to an already NON NEGOTIABLE WAY OVERPRICED vehicle!  When I attempted to remove the slipped in extras they informed me that I would then be a liability and in addition to INCREASED payments they DECREASE the amount of time I have to pay it off even though I have FULL COVERAGE insurance! Really? I could buy a brand new car and probably even a second used car for what they have charged me for just this ONE. They take advantage of people with less than perfect credit that have very limited choices of where to go for a dependable vehicle. I was shocked to hear that there was no one I could talk to about wiggle room on the price. They call it "no haggle". I think I'll be throwing this fish back in. I don't think I need it this bad. :-(

They sold me a lemon! Nice looking car with a rigged engine! After lots of frustration, dealing with their unprofessional manager and losing so much time off of work I was finally able to return the car a Black Nissan Box but was not able to get any of my down payment refunded. The sold called warranty doesn't cover anything, they had me take the car to Trophy Nissan to get diagnosed and then didn't want to pay the bill to release the car so I had to come up with the money to pay Trophy Nissan to get the car out to turn in to drive time. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Drivetime will happily sell you a car you can't afford. Then, after paying on it for three years, when you turn in the car because you can no longer pay for it due to circumstances beyond your control, they will not put the information into the computer (Edward Winans, Manager) for 11 days and you receive at least one call per day and sometimes as many as three calls per day, including one on Sunday morning at 8:00. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It seems like a good deal, but a car with a blue book value of $8,000 cost me over $22,000 to date plus hours on the phone to customer "service" people who apparently are unable to read their computer screens and supervisors who feel perfectly comfortable lying. If there were a rating of zero stars, I would have used it.

I will definitely give them five stars if I could give more I would they understood the needs of what me and my wife were looking for. We went on saturday to start the process came back today they had the car pulled to the front in and out in less than an hour everything was affordable I enjoyed my time there once we pay off this one we will be back nice staff wonderful managers I will recommend my friends and fill there
