Best car buying experience EVER!! Ask for Steve Choe. He was very friendly and personable. He was also well educated on all the cars they had and was able to answer every question I had without looking it up or asking someone else. Mr. Stallings even came out and shook my hand and made me feel very welcome. Everybody else I dealt with was awesome as well. I feel like I left with exactly what I was looking for and I didn't ever, at any point, feel like I was being pushed into buying something I didn't need or want.

Bob:  I'm giving you one star (the lowest rating) because us consumers really have to start taking the time to send the message to change business practices.  After telling the sales manager that we wanted to finance a certified pre-owned for 2013, it became clear that the price is similar to a new 2014.  So we were interested.  Here's were it went bad:  1.  The Sales person knew we were shopping and we told him that we would buy that day if the price was right.  I had checked competitive dealers and knew that I could get the car within a certain price, however Bob Stallings Hyundai couldn't even meet me there with financing terms I requested.  2. Sales also failed to mention the popular package extras that would be included within the price we wanted, so instead had we bought the car it would have been an inferior car.  Again, they claimed this was the best they could do.  3.  The reason why we went from used certified to new is the fact that NO ONE, not even the manager, knew the warranty policy for certified and used-non-certified.  I know because I quizzed 4 people and got 4 different answers, all of which were wrong. 4.  Finally, the credit check - I told them not to shop it around and that we were looking for 1.99 APR at least on a new car (which is not too much to ask).  They came back with 3.99% on a new car with a credit score of 770... What?  It's like they didn't even try.  5.  And then the hard sell from the Manager, who I told that if he couldn't meet us on price, payments and financing we would leave, which actually happened 3 minutes later - we left and went to Eckert Hyundai in Denton, some 60 miles away, to get the car and terms we wanted.    Take my advice - providing carrot and stick terms without knowledgeable sales makes me actually glad I didn't buy a car from you, because buying a car is not just about a sale its about a relationship - and your dealership lost sight of that some time ago.
