First thing my salesman asked me was if I was planning on buying today. I almost felt obligated to say yes so he would at least go to work for me. I told him I wanted to look at a Camaro SS and he said we normally don't test drive high powered cars. Then I told him I drove a V6 all through college so I don't know I if will even like it enough to buy it until I drive it. After the uncomfortable test drive, he then gave me his card. I gave two stars because I at least got to drive the damn thing.

Bought a beautiful, certified pre-owned Yukon Denali from these guys.  The sales consultant was pretty good - not too pushy but took awhile to process our paperwork (but then again, don't they all?).  About a year later I started experiencing issues with my car.  At one point I found myself at the dealership once a month for 6 months - pretty frustrating!  Like another poster mentioned, there is a general manager named Greg.  It can be a little tough to get a hold of him the first time, but after that, he's extremely responsive.  Greg is one of those rare people that knows how to be a good manager.  He really took care of me and my family and addressed our car issues.  I would definitely do business with this dealership again - but only because of Greg.  Unfortunately - the rest of his staff is hit or miss.  Some guys are really good and know how to treat customers and others are just interested in a sale and they treat you like that.

It's because of Greg I gave such a high star rating.  Like I said, he was very diligent in taking care of us and made us feel like valued customers (which is rare with car dealerships).  I didn't give them 5 stars just because the staff can be hit or miss.  But if you have a problem, just ask for Greg.

My brand new suburban had 3 scratches and had to have a 10 days worth of body work.  Miguel (sales manager) and another female sales manager treated me like trash when I tried to follow up to check on my repair status.  They are big bad sales managers and even though I run a $1 billion dollar district for a fortune 50 company, I was made to feel about 3 inches tall because they were so mighty and powerful.  If you want to talk to the GM Greg to get any post sales help good luck Miguel and his posy will block you and lie to say he's busy, he's out, he's hot air ballooning yada yada.  Will never do business with these guys again, try Stonebriar Chevy, bought my last Tahoe there and they are 1st class, this place is motel 6.  They got 1 star on my Chevy post sales survey even though they begged like minions for 10 stars after treating me like poor, ignorant, garbage.  It makes me smile to say see ya never again no matter what price you give me, I am now willing to pay more to be treated like a human who is worth more than crap!

I took my 2010 Camaro on 06-17-2014 because it started over heating the day before. I wasn't sure what was wrong with it. As soon as i got their the service director Don Randall came right away to see what was wrong with my car. He got out his flashlight and checked my car for leaks. He said would get it looked at right away. It did not take them long at all to find the problem. There was a coolant leak and that my water pump might possibly be leaking as well. He told me not to worry that it would be all be fixed and that my power train warranty would cover the water pump. That was a blessing to me because i really do not have that kind of money to be replacing such an expensive part. They gave me a rental of my choice and i went on my way I had to be at work so I really appreciated the loaner while my car got fixed. Later that day Tyrail Dunn called me and told me my car was ready to be picked up. I can not say enough good things about Don Randall he truly is an asset to your company. I was so stressed out about my car and as soon as I got there he took care of my as if I was family. I will always take my car here for anything plus i purchased it there.  I am not only a Chevrolet customer for life but also an Auto Nation Chevrolet Customer as well. Thank you again for everything.

I scheduled my appointment online. I stated that I would like to have the bow tie on my car painted black and that I wanted to have the rear windows tinted darker. The person that paints bow ties does not work on Wednesday and the guy that does the tent did not have dark tent.

What is the purpose of my scheduling online and giving a detailed description of my needs when no one reads it? I should have been contacted to discuss what I wanted done and rescheduled for another day since all of the people that I needed for service were not available on the day scheduled.

The service person said "come back on Friday and we will get you fixed up". Like most people I do not have time to bring my car to the dealer multiple times in the same week. I had to arrange for someone to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership.

Dropped off a lease return with these guys and they apparently never turned it in.  Now we are getting collection calls and letters.  Be Aware that  they are disorganized, do not return calls, and possible stole a car.

Took car in for warranty work that technically wasn't covered under the 100,000 mile warranty. It was a trim problem from the day that I bought the car. They helped and were much friendlier than Friendly Chevrolet.
