Well unlike Michelle (no disrespect Michelle), we had an amazing experience with Affluent Motors and its employees.  We shopped all the boutique dealers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area looking for a German car, preferably Audi, BMW or Mercedes.  An extremely late model sedan with no to low mileage, as I was getting out of my 2010 Ford Expedition.  Everything we looked at and drove was black, white or silver and I was really looking for color, perhaps a red or blue.  Affluent had a late model E350 sedan in a gorgeous dark blue with tan my car!  Because we both work f/t and live in far N. Dallas, we couldn't get to the dealership to see the car.  Luckily, Brian offered to have the car brought to our home.  We discussed financing (amazing 1.74% rate), trade-in value, etc via phone on Sunday night and by Monday at 11:30 am, the car was in our driveway ready to be given the once over and test driven.  No high pressure sales tactics and the car was priced to sell.  If we hadn't liked it for any reason, Brian's associate would have left our home with the 350.  However, we loved it, purchased it, gave them our trade, signed the papers and finished the process within an hour!  Yes!!  I will NEVER set foot in a car dealership again...never!  No sales crap, which we all hate so much!  People...this is how you want to buy your next car!  Affluent does have extended warranty plans, hail damage and dent removal, gap insurance, etc. available as well.   I have no affiliation with this company, just thrilled to death with our transaction and new car!  Feel free to send me a message if you have any questions.  Thanks Affluent!

We bought a Honda Odyssey from them in August of 2011.  It has been running great ever since.  It came with ~24k miles and we've averaged about 12k miles a year since then. It has been running great for the most part.  Only repair was the alternator went out 2.5 years after purchase.
I think other reviewer's problem is with their specific model car.  We have some friends that bought a brand new GMC Arcadia and they've had similar problems, it was always needing repair.

Originally I thought they were great after I purchased my GMC Acadia.  That was until my GPS and radio stopped working right off the bat.  They said "no problem" and fixed it.  I live in Granbury and it takes 2 hours to get to Dallas.  After 3 trips there because the system stopped working over and over again, my car shut down.  The DVD sound wouldn't work, the GPS wouldn't keep a signal, the blinkers didn't even work.  Every time my husband talked to them they said something like "oh, you're using it wrong."  Nice.  Then the AC stopped working and had to be replaced.  This is after him telling us we weren't using it right.  They also said I couldn't use outside air with the AC. New AC, radio system/DVD/GPS fixed - GREAT.  Until the car shut down completely.  We called.  "Oh, the system is just all tied together."  I was fed up.  I had owned the car for months and it sat in my driveway (even though they said we put 2,0000 miles on it, they were all to drive to Dallas to have them fix things.
So, I had them buy my car back.  I didn't want anything to do with it and didn't want to deal with the ghetto rigging they did.  Perfect.  They were so nice and gave us our money back.
Our next mistake - we decided it was the car, not them, and they were SO NICE we decided to trade it for another Acadia.  What happens next?  THE RADIO AND GPS STOP WORKING.
I let it slide for a couple of months and I'm getting it fixed now.  I have not had a working car since APRIL.  It is now September.  My car is still in the shop.
Let's talk warranty I bought - it is bumper to bumper, but not covering the BOGUS sim card they sold me with the car.  Another $250 right there. Didn't cover the AC fix on the first car I bought from them either.
I'm not convinced that is was ME, or it was the CARS. I believe they are putting refurbished systems into all of these cars to make them seem nice, and I don't think they know what they are doing.  I usually give good reviews when they are due.  I even gave them a good review and stuck to it after we returned the first car.  But I've had it today and I'm just pissed.  Stop putting junk into cars to make it look nice! I have a picture of the wiring in behind the system they put in my car.  It's crazy back there and the dealer took the picture for us.  It's wired with wire nuts in lieu of using a standard din plug connection to adapt to manufacturer's standard wiring harness.  The dealer said they replaced the system with the current one and they wired everything wrong. For me to have the backup camera now they would have to replace and re-wire everything. I don't have the money for it now. That's just rude and cost us a lot of time and money.  Save your time and go somewhere else!
