This Dealership is bad and not trustworthy. They will lied to get profit out of you. here my story:

            I purchased a car about 2 yrs agg for a toyota sedan. This location was in Round Rock,Tx......yes there one on Lamar and in Round Rock,Tx. I went to Round Rock location and saw a car that hit my eyes and I liked the color and look good. I saw that the miles on the car was high for a price they were asking for.

        dealer and I went into the office and my mind is like it got high miles and price is wrong....I asked is there any other cars that fit to my budget and they says no don't worry toyota last long time. I asked is there any mechanical problem I could be aware of and they says NO. I bought a car from them before and it was good and I trusted them!!!!

      Not even a month after I got the car....I had to have the brakes done,new pads and new rotors which cost me 800 dollars and more bad news.......it would take 1,700 dollars more to get the car back to normal running condition. I was shock and like omg and I called the dealer told them what happen and what the cost be....they says sorry can't help ya.

      It get better....I kept calling and then we finally agree on something when I came to the shop back with the car, they backed out of the deal and I was struck with a car that was falling apart. I drove it for a year and 6 months finally car was so bad that I didn't trust driving it and they finally decided to help me into another car but start payment all over....I was like hahaha no no no no I am not starting a different payment on a different car. I gave the car back and walk out.....they took the car and I left as a cleanser. Now I am with no car and lost my job because of them.

DO NOT GO TO 3RD AUTO COAST THEY ARE LIAR AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!

Last night my girlfriend's SUV would not start .So ,I told she could us my Truck, that I purchase at Third Coast Auto. Behold the darn would not turn on, the  lights, radio, etc came on, but it would not start. I could here beeping sound ,that would  go on and off. I notice a blinking red light underneath the dashboard. What had occur, the tracking device was activated and shut off the ignition.
  Keep this mind that am current on my truck payments ....I call Third Coast morning and they deactivated the device. I ask whom activated the device, I was told they did not know. I would think the person whom deactivated, could be the same person whom activate? What really piss me off, I ask for 24 hour # that I could call ,in case this ever happen again. They do not have one and I would need to wait, for them to open for business the next day hours  9am-6pm. I ask what if I had an emergency and needed to take someone or myself to the hospital? What would they do, there answer was call 911.
I ask what if would of disable the device, if I needed the truck for an emergency.
Am current on my payments, her replied" we would go and pick the truck, other words
"repo it"
This place does not ROCK or ROCKS...

Customer service leaves much to be desired. if you walk in the door do not expect to be greeted. I purchased a vehicle here in February only to find out a few months later that it had frame damage.

I only gave this place 1 star because it was the minimum requirement. I was driving by this dealership Sunday afternoon and a certain car caught my attention. Information was not available for it online so I made the drive from NW Austin to N Lamar today to speak to someone about it. I walk into the office area and the two girls sitting behind the counter do not even acknowledge me. I stood there for a few minutes thinking they would either greet me or some one a little more customer friendly would notice me. Didn't happen. I went home frustrated and made this account solely so I would prevent other customers from wasting their time.

I didn't come here because I have poor credit or because I'm in dire need of a car, any car. I came here because I wanted to. However, after today's horrible experience, I know that I definitely won't be giving this company my business.

Whenever someone comes into your establishment to spend 20K, you acknowledge them!
