If you like going to the post office or the IRS then you'll love this place! A very sterile environment, haphazard work, and no customer service!
Took my car in for typical oil service and a warning light for the tires. I picked  the car up after leaving it with them all day and had to wait 45 minutes.  I was so disappointed because they never washed the car and when driving off, the warning lights for the tires were still on. Took an additional 15-20 to fix that and they couldn't even find my paperwork. My service advisor wasn't around and it was just a terrible experience. If you don't have to go here, then don't!

I showed up for an 8 AM appointment that had been scheduled several days only to be told they did not have a technician to do the work and that I would have to come back during the week.  After I left my spouse phoned them and discovered the guy whom I spoke with was mistaken and they did have the technician.  After another wasted hour of getting back down there I worked with Kyle who gladly helped me out and get the situation corrected.  I will go back but I will not deal with anyone but him.

I'm car shopping and today I did a test drive for the Nissan Versa (and then the Nissan Altima although that wasn't originally part of the plan).

Richard Garcia was the salesperson who was helping me out, but had another person scheduled at the same time as me and pawned me off to a co-worker, Jerome.  This was actually a good thing, because Jerome seemed to be much more attentive and interested in my questions and my possible decision to buy a vehicle.  I'm still not completely sold on the Altima, but I do appreciate Jerome's patience with me.
