The place was very unorganized and the customer service sucked! It took about 20 min for someone to actually approach me and then gave me their card and walked away. When I asked to see the cars he just pointed and said, "walk over there and come back if you have question". I will NOT be returning!

Where to begin with this place...
I went in looking to upgrade my vehicle but I'm assuming the saleslady thought i couldnt afford anything nice. She started showing me cars that were older than the one I was trying to trade in! LOL! Next, she kept saying something along the lines of, "if you can try and save up $1000 we can help." All this without so much as running my credit to actually see where I stand.
That was about as much as I could take. I thanked her for her time and got up to leave, she responded with, "so I'll see you Saturday?" No lady, you won't. In fact, I plan on never seeing you or this shoddy place again.

I went to Covert and got a 2012 without being insulted by someone who speaks choppy English. Don't waste your time with this place, head over to a real dealership .

This place is awful!!!!!

I will be short and straight to the point so you feel bad for me and for them.
They gave me 22% on a Jeep 06 89 thousand miles.
The car was worth 7 thousand and they sold me for 13 and plus 22% it was total 19 thousand average. I am lady and I am clueless about car, my Dad past away and never taught me how to make a deal in a car. He was good at that! :(

I paid punctually $400 monthly for 2 years and I then I transfer to credit union and is still high because I am building credit, since I never had it, but is BS and totally BS doing this with this dealership.

Now I paid 12% with Credit Union, has been a year, my credit is the same, I am never late and always punctual, Credit is BS as well. I don't have debts, credit cards and I use cash. I have a job and I am less stress person.

I learned this place is BS.
My car showed many issues and they never cared about they never fixed and I had to pay for mechanic to fix it, and the 2 years insurance they mention needs pressure of you to put them in the wall and be rough otherwise they will you make you fool.

If I could put this people in court I would but I am tired of dealing with them and is been a year I don't have to deal anymore.

The best winning situation here is no one in this country making deals with them so they can shut the door.

What a shame!

I had an excellent experience here.  They helped me get an awesome car even though it was tough to get me financed.  Alfredo was my sales rep and he was very helpful.  I would recommend to check them out if you are looking for a car.  Plus if you refer someone you get $100.  Tell em' Edward D. sent you and we'll split the referral bonus if you get a car there.

I bought a car from sames 5 years ago paid on the car for 4 years never late with a payment. The 5th year the car started to give me problems. I went back to them to trade it in thinking I would get a great deal because I was a repeat client. Well they treated me just like anyone they hadn't done business with before. They wanted me to make a $600 car payment with $3,000 trade in on a 05 Nissan pathfinder. I left the deal on table and went else where and got a great deal. Also amongst running my credit I found out that sames didn't report that I had paid off my car to the credit bureau. I  will never go back there or tell a friend. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Love my new (new to me) H3!  Buying a car can be intimidating to say the least and these guys (Ivan and Chris) listened to my concerns,  answered all my questions and even trusted me to take her (MY new H3) home for the weekend.  I did my due diligence and researched the vehicle value and walked away with a great deal.  Ivan even went above and beyond and drove my other car home for me since I was not trading it in.  If you are considering buying a used vehicle you should stop by to see what they have to offer.  Thanks guys for taking care of me!

I would not recommend this place. They think that they can take advantage of people. The cars have no prices up-front and it turns out that the prices of the cars change as they see fit. Worst of all, the prices are almost twice as much as the value of the car on the Kelly blue book! Not to mention that they will offer a "reasonable" 23% interest! Find a better place where you'll be better valued as a costumer!
