When we drove up we were greeted by Virginia , our sales person. We had already done our home work and knew what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the outlander and answered all our questions without hesitation. After a nice test drive we fell in love with the outlander se.
The financial staff was very friendly and made the experience pleasant. We love the fog lights and easy to read large screen back up camera but wish it came with power front seat and a little bit softer back seat. We were treated so nicely by our sales person and the financial staff. We would definitely recommend this friendly facility. We have only driven fords for the past 30 years and have only had our Mitsubishi for a couple of days so only time will tell if Mitsubishi makes us happy!!!!

Having just moved I was desperate for a car, I had a trade in and no job. So unfortunately I had to buy a Mirage. I did eventually lighten up and get excited about it. Well my air conditioner makes a strange noise, my brakes don't always brake and there is corrosion on the battery. My car is brand new less then 6 months old. My boyfriend has the same car and his battery is bad in 7 months of having it. Really? The service department didn't even check it... So irritating they have only every other weekends. I can't wait to pay this car off and trade it in for anything other then a mitsubishi. I had a lancer in highschool I hated every second of it. Problem after problem. And I wish I didn't go back to mitsubishi.  I'll pay this car off and go back to good quality cars like Toyota. Also I called to speak to the highest service manager, he was busy so I left a message. An hour later no call so I left a voicemail. He didn't even have the decency to call me back he made another manager. Really?if you can't do your job then turn in your notice and let someone who can.

I've been in the market for a new car and started my search today.  I stopped in Roger Beasley and my sales associate was Amy.  She was amazingly knowledgable and professional.  She was able to answer all my questions and really took the time to find out what kind of car would best suit my needs (I'm incredibly impressed at the space in the back of the Outlander).  I'm still mulling over the decisions, but thus far my best experience with any dealership has been with Amy and Rodger Beasley.

I have to give the service department a 1 star. They said they were a 1st come 1st serve and I couldn't get an appointment. They were running a few days behind so I should drop my car off and they would get to it. Really?! I told them that was inconvenient and I couldn't leave my car for a couple of days. Could they really not give me an appointment for later in the week? The answer was no. So I am taking my car somewhere else.

So i had a recall on my car, called in they said bring it in Monday in the morning...got here around 10:30, they said i'd have to bring it back the next day about 8 cause it's an all day job...first unpleasant moment

Second, was when i did bring in my car ready to drop it off and get to work, and apparently they don't provide loaner vehicles ...seriously, you couldn't mention that i wasn't getting loaner the other times we talked. where they expecting my to wait there all day? I had to wake up a friend to pick me up from about 14 miles north of where the dealership was.

By the end of the work day, no once called me, so i called in, they said they were going to be done in 20 min, but the dealership was closing in 30...i was never going to make it with 13 miles of traffic ahead of me. But they called me back and said they'd leave me keys with one of the sales people still around. when i finally got there and got in my car, they left it unlocked and the hand brake was down...in a manual car that is a definite NO.

James Henson and the service team are fantastic. I've had a lot of work done to my old car and have been nothing short of extremely satisfied with the services, prices,  and staff every time.

I went to Roger Beasley Mitsubishi to have my brakes replaced. They beat the price of other brake places in town, and were very upfront and helpful about the process and the price. I got an exact quote for parts & labor before they did the work, and to my surprise it was actually the price I paid when I got my car back! I also needed a wheel lock key to get a flat tire off my car, and they kindly let me borrow the one from their set when they didn't have an extra to sell. Great experienced staff, I'd definitely recommend giving them a visit.

This is really the first time I actually decide to leave a review on yelp (sorry for being lazy before) and I did it for Roger Beasley Mistubishi. People work there are super friendly, easy to communicate with. Most importantly, they take care of your problems. I used to be stereotypic and think going to dealerships to get my car fixed or maintained is a bad idea because generally they rip you off. But here it is certainly NOT the case. The price is very reasonable but the quality of service is under discount because of that. The location is a little bit hard to find because they are still under construction. It's behind Beasley Mazda on Shelby Lane, just follow the signs. Roger Beasley Mitsubishi, good job!

I needed a small, inexpensive part which was not in stock.  Sam the parts manager ordered it and said that I could pick it up the next day.  Unfortunately it wasn't there as promised, so, by way of apology for having me drive over there unnecessarily, Sam had a mechanic look at my car and confirm my diagnosis (at no charge).  The mechanic also did a quick fix to keep the car from overheating until the part came in.  When it did arrive, Sam waived the $5 cost and apologized again for my having to drive there twice.

Wow, I am impressed!

I was pleasantly surprised by this level of courtesy, which one rarely finds these days!  Because I received such personal, customer-friendly service on a small item, I will definitely return when I have larger items to address.

I'm not surprised that I'm the first one to review this place. When I went to go get my transmission serviced a couple weeks ago, the dealership was in the old Hertz shed behind Mazda South. There are plans to replace the shed with a shiny new building, as they were preparing to move out of the shed into some trailers for a while. The plans look pretty nice, but in the meantime, it's a shed with some Evos out front.

I generally dislike going to most dealerships for service because I'm a girl who's a tad rough on the car. If they're not pointing out wear on the car in a way that makes me feel as if my warranty is in great peril, they're usually trying to sell me extra stuff that I don't need.  Before I knew this place existed, I even considered driving all the way back to Jubilee in Waco for the sole reason that the woman (!) at the service counter never gave me much grief.

I think I like these folks. They were friendly. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff. I even got a discount on my service for it being my first time in there, which was most appreciated on the $$$My-Parents-Shoud've-Bought-A-Manual CVT service. They gave me a meaty packet afterwards outlining all the other parts they checked while it was at the shop--things like battery life, tire wear and the like.

The location is convenient, albeit a little hard to find the first time. It's sort of hiding down the road behind Mazda South. Hopefully it's not too hard to find because Austin needs a good Mitsu dealership. Sticking it next to Mazda seems to make sense (it was a close decision for me between the Lancer and a Mazda3), but behind? We'll see.

I think they've got a decent start. It's always a good sign when a dealership actually carries the make's halo car, IMHO, and they had both the MR and the GSR right in front of the shed. I got sent up to Mazda South to wait because, well, the dealership was in an old Hertz shed. If Mazda's waiting room was any indication, hopefully Mitsu's will have wifi, too. Wifi is good, mmm'kay?

The only drawback? The hours of the shop. I really hope that with a permanent building comes longer hours. Even if they had just one weekday where they were open after normal 9-5 work hours, that would be soooo much better. Well, that and the fact that A Couple Dudes and an Open Carport will *always* be cheaper than taking it in to a dealership.
