Overpriced used cars. Rocky, dirt car lot full of fire ants. Attack dog. And if you still decide to purchase a vehicle after all of that, good luck getting your license plates once you've paid for tax, title and license. In my opinion, very unprofessional business. The young owner and his wife seem nice enough, but they'd do a lot better with a paved lot and a newer office, and taking care of customers once the sale is complete. Unable to get in touch with them, and have yet to get license plates for my vehicle.

All in all, the car they sold me is in pretty good condition, but the KBB value is about $1800 LESS than what I paid them for this car.

I can't say that I recommend this business.

Astoundingly awful customer service. Just shocking, really. I can't even believe these guys consider themselves a business.

I invested my entire day into getting up to north Austin to this place and checking out a car on his lot that I'd had my heart set on for a week or so. Ramin, I believe his name was, was very communicative with me over the phone/text for those several days and I was really excited to do business with him. I took a friend of mine up there with me, and we went and had the car looked at at Lambs (GREAT customer service, by the way -- very thorough and courteous and knowledgeable). While the car was in overall very good condition, there were some things that needed work that I was more than willing to invest some time and care into.

Regardless of the Craigslist ad AND his website, both of which claimed he was willing to negotiate the price, he was firm on the initial price, insisting that while my friend and I were out getting the car inspected, he'd had another customer in to look at the car and they would have purchased it for his original asking price, but now they were gone and he'd lost his chance at that sale.

All the while, his baby's momma or whatever she was, was speaking over him while holding a screaming toddler, at one point begging Ramin to take him outside and talk to us there so that he would stop screaming. There was a dog barking in the corner in its cage while we tried to talk business as well. It was a very stressful, loud and chaotic environment.

While I could tell that Ramin was trying to remain professional, his impatience with the situation showed. He was asking well over the Kelley blue book value of the car, while using scare tactics (sorry buddy, I work in sales too and it takes one to know one, though I sure hope to god that I am never that sheisty) to get me to invest a good thousand dollars more into the car than it was actually worth. My friend and I went outside to think it over in some peace and quiet, and when we walked back into their airtight office, determining that the bottom line was that I just couldn't afford it, totally not mentioning the fact that I felt ripped off, being as nice as possible about turning down the car, Baby's Momma got all sorts of red in the face claiming we should call the previous customer back and see if they'd come back and buy their car since I couldn't (seriously? what?). Basically it had very rapidly escalated into a brief and awkward battle of "NO YOU" instead of a professional exchange over the purchase of this vehicle. She told us that we had pretty much wasted their time in so many words and to "get off of their property". You bet we did.

Really, there are no words. It was heartbreaking. Total waste of time. I was actually a little worried for our safety leaving the parking lot with how angry that horrible woman was. BUYER BEWARE. Stand your ground and do not let these people guilt you into buying from them.

If there were a way to give 0 stars then that's what would happen here. Dude will lie through his teeth to sell you a car, he will falsify anything he possibly can and will not fix what he says he will fix. STAY AWAY!!!!!
