So i had been looking for a car for about 2 months. My bf and i were in DESPERATE need for a car, so after searching and searching we came across this place,,,they had a 2002 Honda and at a price that seemed great for us...we checked it out and well....this is what happened...

The car didnt have a radio...I know right..BIG DEAL Im not picky and like I said we were very desparate for a car. The heater worked and the A/C worked, the car ran fine, so we eneded up taking it.

After a week...again...after a WEEK the car started overheating as I was driving to work. I could not believe it, it just started geting worst and worst. When we took this car to a mechanic, turns out the transmition was cracked and the hoses were not in the right place!! Oh and get this, the battery for the car is not even for THAT CAR!!! When the car was sold to us, aside from it not having a radio, it had no floor mats, and no mirrors on the visors.Which looked like they USED TO BE THERE taken off or something. This is a freaken FRANKENSTEIN CAR! Put together by parts of other cars. About $600 to fix the car and replace hoses and transmition...it stoped overheating...

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I can not stress that enough

By the way...I went to the one on Research Blv

It's been 5 months and I'm still regretting the purchase of my car at this place.  To make matters worse, they have now sold my account to a company called United Acceptance who charges a $7 fee to make a payment by phone or through their website.  What a joke!  Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place...

I purchased my Jeep Cherokee from Long's Motors at 183 (they have several locations) a few months ago. The test drive was satisfactory and the sales process was fine - though they push very hard on you their warranty package, at an additional $2000 - whoa!! Now I think I know why.

After driving it the first week I noticed the steering, especially when braking, was somewhat juddering. I put it down to tracking off slightly, however one day it got significantly worse, which prompted me to take it to my local garage. It turned out that ALL the bolts in the steering system, from the tires to the wheel, had been loosened to almost falling out. Every single one of them. I dread to think what would have happened had one come out fully while driving at speed.

It is up for speculation as to how they became this way, and I urge future customers to be extra cautious when considering purchasing a car from this place.
