PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THESE GUYS!!! By far the worst mechanics I've been to. My car went in with an initial problem, the car was at the shop for 2 weeks and I finally called to see what was the update on it and they could never give me a straight answer. So than then they said you can come pick up the car everything is fixed. I pick it up and a few days later my car had more issues than what it originally went in for. I call the owner right away and his really cordial about the situation, super nice guy (or so I thought). He tells me to take the car back to him and he'll check it out, well as soon as I get there he's already overwhelmed with all the work they have going on. he goes into my car to check out the problem and he ask me "Why are you blaming us for this?" "we worked on other parts of the car. So I told him "Put yourself in my shoes I'm a customer that is suppose to trust you and that knows nothing about mechanics what do you think I'm going to think if my car keeps messing up" as soon as I said that he flipped out on me, He said I'm not going to fix anything not involving the initial problem and I feel threatened by you."  So I just left before it escalated the next morning I called him to apologize about the night before all he could say to me is "ummm ok". And handed the phone to his nephew "His nephew came to the phone and said that Javier the owner was having a bad day yesterday and that he get really defensive when things go wrong' at this point I'm thinking "WTH that's not my fault".  All these people car about is QUANTATY not QUALITY!!! Oh and one last thing I felt discriminated for being a women, bc one of the guys at the shop said "yes and especially you being a female you think we are taking advantage of you" WTH is this all about!!!! LET ME JUST SAY I NEVER GOT MY CAR FIXED!!!!

After attempts at several other local auto-repair shops, I stopped by Global on my way home around 11:00am on a Saturday afternoon to get a small hole in my tire patched up. They were able to get to it right away and after 10 minutes of waiting I was good to go. They only charged me $12. I was very pleased with the experience and most of all, the price (Firestone on Riverside and S. Congress said the same thing would cost $19.99 plus tax). Javier, the owner, was attentive and friendly. I definitely recommend this place to others.
