Want to thank Ahnna and Jimmy for making my car buying experience an easy one. Very friendly team. Ahnna made sure I was comfortable with the car I was buying.  I recommend buying a car at Enterprise instead of car dealerships. Enterprise is haggle free.

Even though I deleted my negative review, I do want to re-post and apologize to Enterprise on what I posted .  I feel I acted out and wrote the review on frustrated an being irrational not knowing all my information or even reading over my paperwork that I was provided at the that time of sale   , I am truly sorry and I should have reached out to you all before on the matter with the issue I was having with the car  .Enterprise did reach out to me I  spoke to Dietrich Griffin awesome person he listened to me he provided empathy  totally understand stood  were I was coming from  , but also explain my contract  broken it all down to me . He did  explain that I did in fact have a warranty that is still current, an to always reach out him. He assured me that as long I reach out to them I would be in good hands and I truly appreciated that . Enterprise has always been very good to me from the very 1st time renting a car at the age 25 , my faith & feeling about them has not changed a bit  just this experience just made my faith strong I will remain a loyal enterprise customer of yours.

I have truly had one of the best car buying experiences I can ask for, from the very friendly staff to the enormous amount vehicles in there inventory and attention to detail to place you in the vehicle of you choice, if you have the opportunity to experience enterprise car sales take advantage of an experience that heads above the rest and no comparison with other dealerships that try to compete.

Great place to get a car! Job, Cassie, & Shawn are an exception to to used car sales stereotype. They were realistic and fair. I received a fair amount for my trade, a fair interest rate, and my car is awesome. Would definitely recommend this place if you are in the market for a used car.

Mandy Costa was so sweet and ridiculously helpful when we were looking for a car.  Enterprise doesn't pay their employees more if they sell a more expensive car, so she was truly dedicated to finding us the right car. She gave me her personal cell phone, called to give me an answer on her day off, to a question I had the previous day, and said I could text her whenever! She has a toddler and sounds like a busy working mom but made me feel like I could ask as many questions as I needed to and didn't rush me. The thing about enterprise is that because the cars are rentals, they get stock models, and I wanted some features that weren't offered (sunroof, namely). I wanted so badly to buy a car from her, but they just didn't have what i wanted. She can't help the selection she is given to sell. Also, since there are many different kinds of cars, the sales people aren't familiar with all the options and features on each car. This means that they were actually underselling the cars and not pressuring you. If you know what you want, and want a good deal on a well taken care of vehicle, Mandy Costa at enterprise is the place to go.

Well reading the previous glowing review doesn't surprise me that Mandy was her sales rep!  I worked with Mandy over the phone.  Friend of a friend suggested her to me.. I live in round rock so I never even got to go in person.... I ended up buying a new car and went in a totally different direction.  Mandy was just so helpful that I wanted to write a review for HER--if you ask for her--you will be so thankful.  No BS, just quality assistance.  Her name is Mandy costa and her direct line is tel:512-912-5590. I knew that, being a 28-year-old female car shopping alone, I'd run up against a few prejudicial challenges along the way. I had no idea it would be as bad as it was at Enterprise.

There were a few other (unrelated) offenses in the first few minutes of my time there. Straight off the bat, the man working told me that they operate on a no-pressure sales system which includes not filling out any forms. He showed me the forms that he was going to set aside for me to fill out later, at home. He then got out another form, and a pen, and asked me where I was from and all other kinds of personal details. Naturally, I pointed out that he had said we weren't going to fill out forms that day at ALL and that the personal details seemed irrelevant.

I felt at this point, it was strange we had not yet started talking about the kind of car that I was looking for.

Then he flashed a big smile and told me I have beautiful skin. Excuse me??

I asked if we could talk about the cars. He said, "No problem!" this is what he said in response to everything I said or asked. I was confused. It had not occurred to me that walking into a car salesman's office and asking to talk about what kind of car I wanted to buy was going to be a problem. Whew. Glad he confirmed that this was going to be an ok topic of discussion! ...?

He asked what kind of car I used to drive and whether I wanted to trade it in. I told him, but I also told him it didn't matter much what I used to drive because it had been totaled so it was now the property of some insurance company north of town.

He then asked me, "Did your dad buy you that car?" This was an affront so incredibly rude and disrespectful, it was almost funny. Almost. I answered curtly, "No." He continued. "Oh, did your mom buy you that car?"

Here's what really got me. If he had asked "Who bought that car?" I would have been somewhat offended, but I was ready for that. The question of whether my dad bought it, and if not, it must have been my mom, removed any possibility of my having bought it myself. Which I did. I bought my car and paid for it outright after working my ass off in college. Not only is that true, I don't feel like it's any of this dude's business.

After I totaled my vehicle, I rented a car from Enterprise. The guy behind the counter asked if he could have their car sales division call me. He said they could search for what I specifically wanted as well as let me browse their options. I was skeptical about buying a former rental vehicle, but I know my credit union sometimes advertises Enterprise Car Sales, so that gave me some confidence.

I wanted something specific, a Toyota Yaris, but I couldn't find anything at any of the local dealerships that was in my price range. I was shocked when Enterprise called and said they had exactly what I wanted and exactly in my price range. If that wasn't good enough, they told me my car had passed a 109-pt. inspection through a 3rd party certification company. If it hadn't passed, they would have sold the car to a dealership because they only keep and sell the best of their stock.

But there's more. We did most of the paperwork over the phone. They also gave me a 24 month/24,000 mile warranty on the drive train, and on all the 109 points that were inspected and certified. On a used car. That's almost as good as when I bought a brand new Subaru! Wait, there's still more. They had my car repainted. They gave me a full tank of gas. They put a bow on it. I mean seriously, they had me at the sticker price, but ok, thanks for everything!

My sales person was Mandy, and the credit guy was Shawn. They were both wonderful.

On Christmas Eve, I was driving home from my parents' house, and a deer jumped out of a ditch on 360. I totaled the deer, but the deer totaled my car. I had been planning on replacing the car in six months or so, hadn't started saving money yet, and now I have to get a car right after spending all that money on gifts! Crap!

I drove around in my Enterprise rental for a few weeks while insurance tried to decide if it was totaled or not, and when I returned the car, the sales chick said something about my car being all fixed now.
"No, it's totaled," I told her.
"Have you checked out our car sales?" she asked. "They're all pretty new--2008, 2009 models, and below blue book value."
"Yeah, I don't think I can afford that new of a car..."
"We'll work with your budget. Can I have someone call you? Can't hurt to see what we can do for you, right?"
"Ok, have someone call me. Thanks."

Then, lo and behold, I got a call the next (Tuesday) afternoon from a really nice guy. He explained how they work, that they have a total loss program for people like me, and that they have all sorts of financing options through different lenders. He even offered to come in on his day off if one of the available meeting times wasn't convenient for me.

Friday afternoon had me driving off in a 2008 Envoy that was every single thing I needed in a car, giving me room for my great big dogs that hadn't been fitting in my sedan. I got a killer price, every option I'd wanted, and I got to take the car home then by giving them a post-dated down payment check once I'd been approved for the loan.

Everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly, never pressuring. I got a vehicle history report, new tires, and a car whose fluids had all been freshly flushed and replaced. It was totally unlike every dealer experience I've ever been though, and next time I need a new car, I'll go there first. Can't say enough good things about them!
