We were off to such a good start with this company.  We remain happy with our purchase.  The problem is - IT'S FIVE MONTHS LATER and they still haven't been able to get us our vehicle title and permanent plates.

I've called over and over and gotten vague and varying answers.  Two weeks ago they promised it was going to be resolved soon.  I asked to be contacted by the company manager and that never happened.

I have had to submit a complaint to the Texas DMV.  I didn't want to, but I just don't know how much longer this madness is going to go on.

I went to AAG to test drive a Mazdaspeed3 and possibly trade in my vehicle. A positive thing is that they were willing to match what Carmax offered me (although Henna beats the offer by $500). Connie was so nice and personable and easy to deal with. They have only been in business for a couple of months and I'm not sure of what they are doing. Or maybe they don't mind selling cars in questionable condition.
The Mazdaspeed3 had so many issues that I was surprised they were asking clean retail for it.
The wheels were hand painted in a half assed kind of way
The fluids were all low, the front tires were bald
It had been in an accident apparent by the damage to the bumpers but they kept denying it
The car had a strong vibration once it got over 65 mph
It pulled to the right
It backfired 3 times while I had it
It had wiring issues
It had cigarette burns on the seats
They had painted the rear bumper and said that it's a standard procedure for ALL of their cars
It concerned me that they were quick to repair the body but were not concerned to at least top off fluids or change the oil which was gritty and dirty.

They also told me they had the car for a couple of days and just got it as a trade in. Why would they hurry to paint the rear bumper and not take care of the rest of the car, including the front bumper which was spider webbed where the previous owner had hit something?
The other salesman kept talking to me like I didn't know what I was doing (he said "oh it's pretty normal for cars to have the spider webbing in the paint. All cars have that"... He also tried to deny everything I pointed out by reassuring me things were normal or "all cars do that" and even offering to let me compare with the other cars on their lot; did he think I was stupid? maybe because I'm a woman)...
Little did he know, cars are my bread and butter lol

I left feeling like they were trying to lie to me. The paint on the wheels was DISGUSTING and the lady tried to tell me they looked good and it depends on my taste in looks lol... my 3 year old could have done a better job with a box of crayons and blind folded. I don't think I would ever go back OR recommend the place to anyone.
Be careful if you do,

I sold my car to AAG and it was such an easy and stress-free experience! I was in Houston, and AAG actually came all the way there to pick up my car! I went to a dealership, Carmax, and Texas Direct Auto all before going to AAG and AAG gave me the most money for my car! They were also way more personable than the other options. I highly recommend going to them if you want to sell your car!
