We had a great experience when we were here to trade in our car and find something new. Our salesman was Mike, who was very excellent with his job (prompt and courteous), and Will was very easy to work with when we got our new vehicle.

Lately we've been needing to get something done to our vehicle that was promised when we bought it, and within the last month, we have called four times trying to get a hold of Will, so we could get that done, and each time (whoever answered) said that they would let him know. We never heard back from anyone each time...

Today, we called Mike's phone and asked for Will and we got to talk to him right away and get things taken care of! Seems like no one else there knows how to do their job except for Mike and Will (obviously), and we thank them for that!

Very nice initial contact and transaction, but car (1985 MB 500 SEL) died in less that 24 hours. Sales said they would "Make it right", but when $$ were part of the equation, it was an "AS-IS" transaction and "Sorry"! I will not trust them ever again or do business again. I was in line with another disgruntled buyer while I was there trying to "make it right". On top of that, their mechanic, which did our repairs and presented us an $820 bill, is incompetent. He fumbled around with the repair for several days, towed it to a MB shop, bought a used part, and had the MB shop install it. We were without the car for more than 2 weeks.  He charged us $295 for a used part and told us it was $3000 new. eBay has them for $65 used, $100 refurbished, and $165 OEM new...   BEWARE!  PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH...

Personally I had a great experience. The staff, specifically Will Whatley was, and remains very professional and personable. As a whole I had a pleasurable experience and there was a variety of vehicles to choose from without the overwhelming nature of other huge dealerships. Closed my deal on two vehicles quickly and efficiently. No problems with either vehicle since the time of purchase which for me, verifies quality vehicles. Simply said- I do and will recommend this dealership to each person I know shopping for a vehicle.

Third car.. Much different experience, not sure what happened, but taking it down to a 2... Shaking my head..
